The staff were all lovely. The view from my room was great. Bed was very comfortable.

Made to feel welcome on arrival. Comfortable great location for general shopping and food. very easy access to building after hours. Onsite parking.

Such a beautiful property. Perfect spot on the edge of town and so clean and well appointed. Cathryn was very friendly and helpful.

Interesting to watch the port activities. Comfy bed. Good kitchen and bathrooms in the apartment. Excellent to be able to charge our EV on site.

Would have liked a top sheet, pillow options and full length mirror. Raised this with reception and they are following up, as the property is new.

It was very comfortable and quiet eventhough we were opposite a shipping container depot.

Not a lot of off site parking but saying that we were able to get one with no trouble.

Easiest non contact check in ever! We arrived late and received a phone call before 5 with check in instructions. On site carpark at no extra cost was fantastic too. Room was very spacious and comfortable

The room was large and very comfortable. Clean and a good view.

The docks next door were a bit noisy. Banging early morning.

Couldn’t work the remote for tv.All we wanted was standard channels.No instructions! For a couple of oldies and not technical savvy., The Manager did come and put on local TV channels for us..helpful!

Recently opened new build. It is well appointed, clean and comfortable. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony. There is a container shipping port across the street, but it never bothered us with noise. Actually it was fascinating to watch the coordination of loading and unloading the ferry. Parking is on site and close to the elevator. There are restaurants and shops just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect, opposite the beachfront and very close to shops and cafes. Good parking facilities. Staff were friendly. Room was well set out and beds super comfy. Great to have a kettle and china ware to use as well as cutlery and a fresh sponge wipe with washing up liquid.

Took a while to work out how to use the tv, especially to adjust the volume. Also the fridge didn’t seem as cold as it should be.

I loved how beautiful and clean the facility was. Very good block outs blinds and quiet, first time I have not needed ear plugs in a hotel. The free water and snack was a lovely touch on arrival.

The room fridge froze my cheese and yogurt, perhaps someone can take a look at it for future guests.
