Immaculate, huge living space, super staff, knowledgeable, everything you need. Close walking everywhere in town. Bottle shop next door. One of the most delightful stays in our long history of travel in this Beautifully renovated Heritage Hotel.

Tastefully renovated premises. Very comfortable bed. Complementary light breakfast.

Character. Rooms were huge. Separate sitting/kitchen room, bedroom, bathroom. Dimensions were big - king size bed, biggest full length framed mirror in the world! Very clean. Selection of breakfast cereals/milk/tea and coffee provided in the kitchen. Free parking at side, additional parking across road. Access through restaurant. Flight of stairs to hotel, 2 more to our room at the top. No inconvenience for us. Central. Close to beach and penguins.

Stairs could be difficult for some, but not for us.

Some difficulties in locating the accommodation so you need to follow the instructions provided by the owners.

Extremely well located accommodation, within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Beautiful, luxurious and very comfortable accommodation, that had everything needed for a relaxing break (with additional extra touches that made it special).

Exceptionally clean comfortable and quiet. Close to the shops and beach.

Great location, the room was large and very comfortable. Bathroom was large and modern with excellent toileteries provided. All appointments like cutlery and crockery were very good quality.

The only drawback was that there is no elevator. However, there were many offers of help to carry bags upstairs.

Nothing to fault here - incredibly spacious rooms and a wonderful host. Walking distance to the penguins also a must do.

Friendly and helpful staff. Helped move our very heavy luggage from the carpark and gave us tips about things to do around the area and when is best to see the little penguins. Huge and comfortable rooms. Very clean. Close proximity to the beach and little penguin lookout. Supermarket next door.

As a return visitor, the staff tried to make sure that I had a fan to keep cool - it was very thoughtful.

Kitchenette was very tight with the microwave down on a table in the lounge area. Wasn’t a big issue for prepping lunches but would have been for trying to make anything more grand.

Nice big room which was clean and well maintained. Great location close to shops and attractions. The gentleman who checked us in was quite friendly and accommodating.
