- The room was clean
- Hello I stayed in lagrace hotel recently. I want to inform you that i really liked my stay. I had a nice time and was able to have a good rest. The hotel was very neat, the food was good and the whole staff was very welcoming and friendly.
Cons -
- The hotel is very far from city center and the room tiny
- Regarding the staff i have a comment. The male receptionist tried to scam me the morning i left. He told me i need to pay 5500 (price room). I told him i already did with his female colleague. Am sure he tried to scam me because there's a policy that you need to pay before you enter the room. I really don't like to be treated that way. I also didn't like that the same person was drunk 2/4nights that i slept at your hotel. I feel not safe if a staff member is really drunk and is not able to help me in a proper way. He was also the only staff member who was not showin willigness to help me with carrying my bags and so on.. I hope you can appreciate my feedback and it can help to improve your hotel.
