Hotel La Luna

There was nothing to be like in this hotel.

- Excellent location, easy to access and convenient for transportation.- Parking available, with the reassurance of a security guard on site.- Nice room with a beautiful mountain view (we were on the 4th floor).- Room was reasonably clean and comfortable.- Very professional, helpful, and attentive staff who checked on our stay.- Overall calm and pleasant atmosphere.

- The air conditioning fan was quite noisy and affected comfort, especially at night.- AC seems to need better or more regular maintenance.

The hotel smelled very nice and clean as soon as we walked in. Simple but offered everything needed. The balcony had a beautiful view and the large windows offered cool air flow.

Pay the receptionist more so they can smile and be more welcoming. A/C is very low. We got only one key card and when we removed it from the slot it turns off everything including the fridge and A/C.

The room was very clean and the location was good.

We had a room in the first floor and the tobacco smell from downstair terass was very bad. Luckily it stopped when the terass was closed at night.

Location en route to next destination, but town is poor in terms of choice of good hotels

Old and in need of renovation and staff need to learn better customer care.

Great location for an overnight stop between Ifrane and Marrakech. Nice spacious room, friendly helpful staff. Great mountain and sunset view from the balcony. Good value for money.

Some bottled water and two glasses in the room would of been great.

Noise from people in the room above moving furniture around. Room was for two people, but only one glass and towel provided.

we went out at 7:10 am to take breakfast but it wasen't ready yet, the coffee place was still closed

Room was clean elevator works good the restaurant food was good.

Not much space in bathroom, can barely sit on toilet without you knees hitting the shower. Parking wasn’t that good.

The staff, he was so nice that he gave me the room at 1pm even if the check in was at 3pm

very easy to reach by car on N8; 5 min cab ride 15DHR to Medina. restaurants in walking distance. American style hotel.

From the outside is nice hotel, actually everything looks fine until you enter the room - which si spacious, bed is big and cousy.

some furniture was broken - shelf, side table leg... there was still remainings of previous occupants of the room in the toilet bowl ... :S ;S we booked our room with breakfast - when we came and done check in they told us that our breakfast was deleted (that how they said) it should be because of ramadan. They were fer and din't charge us breakfast but still only about 30 Dirham per person :S :D
