Location with the view over the falls was the most amazing thing about the hotel. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Both were outstanding. Stuff were very helpful. All our requests were promptly accommodated

This is a gorgeous place. We enjoyed ourselves - the room was as pictured with comfy lounge chairs to enjoy the view as it was a bit too chilly on the patio. We also bought the dinner option through booking and were pleased with the choice. There were not many rooms occupied while we were there so two evenings our dinner was served in our room. One breakfast was buffet but the other two were personalized to just us - omelettes made to order. The gardens and the tranquility of the resort were magnificient. The incredible views from the pool, from our room - really the entire property. We walked to the waterfalls and back as a very enjoyable day. Very friendly staff!

The common areas were not heated which was quite chilly in the evening. Knowing this and wearing an extra layer made us more comfortable.

The view was awesome , the waterfall looks amazing u can hear it from the hotel the bed was very comfortable and soo clean the staff were nice to us specially one guy i dont know his name he was checking on us he is a bit older guy big smile on his face

The only thing we didnt like the mean door was closed and the security guy wasnt guy he left his post so we wen ever we go out we had to call the reception the send them to open

Absolutely loved the view of the waterfalls from the hotel. Roof-top swimming pool was cherry on the top. Pleanty to choose from during the breakfast and all the staff friendly and proffesional. Decided to stay for 2 nights instead of 1.

Restaurant menu only in French... suppose not all guests know how to use AI to translate. :)

Views, service, staff, facility !!!

Great location for see the waterfall. This is the place to stay if you want a stop at the waterfalls. Two pools were beautiful and very quiet with lovely seating on terrace. Beautiful presented garden. Rooms were spacious and balcony looking over the falls was a real treat. Lovely clean crisp sheets on bed. Bathroom good size. Breakfast was adequate with a variety of options and an egg station. I would recommend this hotel for a one night stop.

The welcome and check in was very strange with no real information given about the facilities. No pool towels which would have been nice if we had these rather than bringing up the towels in the room. The hotel has the ability to hold a lot of people however without lots of visitors the facilities are underused and they don’t seem open. The hotel is dark and dated, some parts are in need of upkeep and repair. I think the price is slightly higher than it should be.

1/ Terrible customer service - no supervisor is in and the phone lady keeps asking that she doesn’t know anything and to call again when the supervisor is in! 2/ Terrible communication and nothing about this place or the way it conducts its operation is luxurious! 3/ Staff is not knowledgeable about service, booking change processes or any of the sorts. 4/ Many Google reviews are warning people and complaining about getting scammed at this property!

The hotel was gorgeous, with a beautiful garden, infinity pools, and beautiful views. Our room was very comfortable and had a great view of the falls from the balcony. If you want to sit and relax, there are so many terraces and little nooks to enjoy. The breakfast buffet had lots of options, including an omelet station. All of the staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. We are already planning to visit again soon.

We absolutely loved the hotel, but it would be nice to have hair dryers in the bathrooms.

Safe parking for our motorbike, warm welcome with the a’la menthe. Specious room, clean & tidy with comfy bed and gorgeous view on the waterfall.Staff very friendly and helpful, they noticed my mistake as I made double reservation and helped me to avoid double costs. Upon arrival they showed us around, helped with luggage.Delicious dinner including local wine and rich, traditional breakfast.Great location with direct gateway to the path to waterfall, beautifull garden and all surroundings.

Really pretty area, view of the waterfall, huge rooms, exceptional level of service really couldn’t fault them nothing was too much trouble if you wanted anything they would sort it.

The fit and finish of the hotel could have been alittle better cracked tiles in the elevator etc

Everything was just awesome!!! The staff, the hotel, the view, the food...My best experience ever at this hotel in my life ❣️. So satisfied and with no doubt I’m come for sure again and again,I would like to thank everyone who was sooo kind and professional and nice to us, start for the director and his assistant to the f/b manager and the barman to receptionnists and all the other staff.I highly recommend this hotel to everyone you went all above and i felt to be like part of your Hotel family. Thank you hugely

The view excellent with waterfall and beautiful mountains and trees. Staff Ms. Ameena was exceptional in helping and making our stay enjoyable and relaxing.

The Spa was not working. It would be lovely if steam room was working .

Location was great and the grounds are beautiful

Lights were fully turned off all over the building. Cushions were not on the chairs but were stacked in corners we could see for storage. It was like an abandoned ghost hotel.

rooftop pool is nice, too bad that it was quite cold when visited (in late October)

there was a weird feeling, this quite large hotel seemed to be empty (in off season)

Some maintenance in the rooms is needed. We had dark (no light) entrances to the breakfast. It was low season but the breakfast room should at least look as it is open instead of closed.

We booked one night and ended up staying two. Beautiful hotel! I read some of the other reviews from a few years ago, and obviously this place has improved. The staff were fantastic and the place is fabulous. The restaurant was nice (for a change from tagine!) and french influenced. The deluxe room was comfy, with a terrace and a waterfall view. Towels plush, linens top notch, clean room, two infinity pools with amazing views…we decided to skip a drive to Essaouira, and stay here a second night. It is the only high end hotel in this tiny tourist attraction town.
