Only location and nothing else

Imagine, no towels in the bathroom, and as a an Arab Muslim there is no bidet in the bathroom. Probably, they do not want Muslims in their hotel. Besides, the bar is in the entrance of the hotel with smoking every where. Really bad things.

Service was zero no have air condition they’re not offered towels clean zero.

One of the lifts wasn’t working No towels in both rooms ( asked twice for it and got it after more than one hour& I had to take a shower at a nearby place outside ofThe hotel ) Soap, shampoo missing Hair dryer missing Worst part, it seems they organise events every weekend including Friday evening, and the music is loud until 2 amI called the front desk to report that, and I have been told “indirectly” that I can only sleep after 2 amAccording to chain, and to get such stay with a brand, is not just disappointing, but a disaster since you expect a special treatment worth the brand name and image so it’s a shame

Horrible air conditioning. I got told that the AC is not working. Imagine waking up in the middle of night sweating really bad when you paid 1250 dirham for a night.

Air conditioner wasn’t working. I woke up at the middle of night sweating really bad. Front desk told me the air conditioner is not working. Someone will fix and nobody came to fix it for my entire stay.

Waiting for my room more than 40 min . Breakfast really bad . And the room very old

The location is great

Always the reception is empty and it takes time after you have online checked in also and i a member of the all.com but my points are never updated

The young lady at the front desk was super helpful and knowledgeable about things. She was a big plus in our stay.

Only once coffee machine at breakfast. It takes forever to get a coffee because of the long line for it.

It was not good for family

The hotel was not comfortable, especially with large number of smokers and drinkers in the lobby. also, the room does not have lock.

Hotel staff were excellent, especially Mr Ahmed and Sandra in the F&B department. All was reasonably good, except the hotel scores 4/10 in respect of Health & Safety issues. See below:

The hotel must be re-inspected by your representative in Morocco concerning Health & Safety issues. Here are my 3 observations on H&S issues:1. The room we stayed at, room no 606, had no window restrictors which could prevent it from opening by no more than 15 to 20 cm. This window imposes high risk on children or even some adults;2. Fire Escapes were not clearly visible. Permanently lit Running man signs are not installed. It is your duty to check for these H&S issues; and3. The Front Office is situated next to the bar which was full of smoking odors. It is not very nice for either children or adults to be welcomed to this atmosphere. Furthermore, we could not see any ASSEMBLY POINT for guests count in case of Fire.I am a Health & Safety specialist, and I would sincerely hope that these points are actioned.Thank you

The staff was friendly

I booked the largest room in this hotel with sea view. The furniture was poor, the bed sheets smelled bad, and there was noise coming from the AC like water. We couldn't sleep. It was a horrible experience.the Breakfast was basic, I don't recommend it.

I received an email telling me an extra cot would be available at no charge. I didn't check my email. I just asked again when I arrived. I was told it would be $300 MAD for one! I can't believe they charged me for something that was stated it was included. The hotel room had water damage and the sheets were dirty.

I highly DO NOT recommend novotel

- Room is not as clean as expected and smells funny - no sheets unless you asked twice for them- PERSONNEL IS SO RUDE TO THERE GUESTS- hot water for shower needs to be fixed

It’s in the city center and near all what you need

1-when I came at night there was no parking until I talked with the reception staff 2-No dust bin in the room and no body washer in the toilet 3- the sound of the night club so noisy that makes us doesn’t sleep well And the interns of the hotel is through the bar

Great location. Restaurants all around. Beach is about 5 mins away. Hotel was clean. Room was great.

Just make sure to slam your door shut manually, doesn't close and lock otherwise.

The location and bedrooms are really good

I really hate the the bar is in the reception with all smoking area and we have children

This is not first time to stay in this hotel. In general I like it. Very clean and comfortable. But as I said before that it is really wrong to put the bar in the entrance of the hotel.

Unfortunately, I have sent several emails to solve the problem but none has been replied to my emails. That was really bad. Also, there is no water in the toilet for us as an Arab Muslims.

For a business man's hotel... There was no table in the room to work on. Beds are very hard and pillows where terrible
