The shower was hot and with good pressure.

The horrific sewer smell in the bathroom and the fact that the hotel does not use mattress protector. Staff were mediocre. Lacked attention and sensitivity. Management would not come out to talk to us when we had a complaint. Staff had to go back and forth 4 times like a messenger instead of coming out to deal directly with us as a guest.

I would like to thanks all staff i will visite soon the hotel. Specially thanks to reception F&B and engineering team . Nice job keep up theSaid elbani

The restaurant was small

The place is clean and the location is good

The staff not kind, and the room service try to wake up every one early without autorisation they knock on the door too early even we don't ask for room service, and after one hour they open the room door without autorisation.The reception book our room even we don't check out so another client come to our room and open the door by card key

They let me pay cash. Nice size Suite. Great work crew.

The size

AC was set at a high temp, it's not cooling. Thermostat in the room wasn't working. So you can't control the temp.The carpet is the hallways is smelly

The location is close to many attractions (beach, restaurant, shops etc..)The staff is very caring and responsive.

The equipment seems old. The air dryer didn’t work. There are very limited TV channels

Quietness and Good Bed

Very Awful Sewage Smile Saturated the room. This disgusting smell comes from the toilet.

There was a cabaret open to the reception, very loud music and cigarettes even at lunchtime

The hotel was located in a decently central location. Staff were nice and kind. The rooms could be more cleaner and the air conditioning was not at all working and it was extremely hot. I had to keep the windows open to sleep properly, which is not a pleasant experience. The hotel staff did not offer any kind of support and fixing the air conditioning and also keeping the room clean which I don’t think is justified hands not really elevating my experience.

Dirty corners and dust everywhere, the shower was submerging the room of water once taking a shower and the air conditioning was so so noisy

Nice, spacious and clean room with a nice view if you get the corner rooms.

Loud music in the lobby at night. It didnt bother me, but I can imagine it would bother light sleepers

Comfortable and big rooms, good location, and amazing staff who made my stay very pleasant.
