Avanti Mohammedia Hotel

Everything was great, breakfast, the room is wide and clean, the service was great, the view of the ocean was wonderful, we did enjoyed our stay in Avanti. Thanks Avanti for the hospitality and for making us feel safe and comfortable.

The view was nice. There was the pool and the seaside. That was it.

Breakfast would have tasted nice if it hadn't been served cold. The room was older than expected. Customer service at night was kind, but during the day, the staff and management were rather rude and unaccommodating. Overall, a disappointing experience that did not achieve the value of the cost.I once stayed at an Avanti in Malaysia, and it was far superior in quality, atmosphere, customer service, and management.

The property was beautiful and clean. Great location

I came to visit my daughter and her children. I booked a larger suite so they could visit me. After I arrived I found out that I could not have visitors upstairs. This was very disappointing and I will not stay there again

Beachfront with direct boardwalk access. Great views from our sea-facing room. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Great location to visit Mohammedia. Private and secure parking. Air conditioning worked well - a necessity for sleep! Comfortable. With a few tweaks this could be a great hotel.

We tried to have lunch at the poolside Snack; do not recommend. Terrible service, the shrimp in the salad were not properly cleaned, and the mixer grill took an hour though the place was not crowded. When we replaced the shrimp salad with another and finally received the grill, the food was good, but we had to ask for everything - napkins, silverware, salt. Our room was not as clean as it could be, and the furniture was a bit worn. But we didn’t have any serious complaints.

Great location and helpful staff

There was no ventilation in the toilet, the exhaust fan was not working, the room was not well cleaned.. there is not trap in the toilet so the water will float on the floor.

The service personnel was really nice. They were always giving 100% and constantly asking if we needed anything. The room was decorated for our wedding night upon request, which was a thoughtful detail.

The administrative service and installations were disappointing for what’s supposed to be their premium suite. There was no television in the room — only in the salon — and it didn’t work. No Netflix or SmartTV options. The safe box didn’t work. The shower spilled water all over the bathroom. The reception number never answered. The rooms are not soundproof — we could hear loud music from neighboring rooms at 3–4 AM.

The phone in the room was not working, the front desk employees knew that the phone was not working, but the did not say anything to us, when I mentioned it to them, the response was, yes the phone doesn't work.We ask to get sahor in the morning because myself and my husband was fasting.The brought us 4 cookie, one banana and a bad apple. I went to the desk asking for coffee or tea,the told me I have to pay cash for the coffee. This place is horrible, no wifi, no hot water to take a shower. Their was no wifi,Horrible experience, I would never go back their and I would not recommend no one.

The location is near to beach , but very far from eating joints . The hotel standards are that of 2 stars or 3 stars. The room dont have amenities like iron board , coffee maker, etc. Small rooms and beds are uncomfortable. Had water leaking from the bathroom to the room .

The hotel is very nice and it seems perfect for holidays during medium high season.

The WIFI was not operating and it was a disaster for me that I was travelling for business. No big support for taxi reservation paying with card.

The hotel itself, although devoid of guests, was comfortable.

The food in the restaurant was inedible and the staff were rude.

Staff and breakfast was horrible!!! Extremely rude and breakfast with almost NO items!!! There was EVERY day new drama

Everything - best hotel from my personal experience, staff very nice and helpful, got to meet some famous Moroccan actors on this occasion

Absolutely Nothing

The breakfast provided was very poor for a 4-star hotel. They were unable to make an omelette for us. Additionally, the staff did not offer to assist with my luggage and just watched as I struggled. They didn’t even open the malfunctioning automatic door for me.

it appears clean, food was good. housekeeping staff is good. good location. the housekeeping staff is the friendliest out of the entire staff!

the staff (except housekeeping—they are great!). front desk staff is not helpful. i got bed bugs from the stay and the front desk person offered no help or concern whatsoever. in fact, she immediately said no manager was on duty for us to talk to, trying to pass us off. she could not have cared less! she even went so far as to say it’s not her problem. at my insistence she contacted a manager by phone, walking away so we couldn’t overhear the conversation. she came back and said she would remove one dinner for 3 persons from our bill. big deal. so obviously her management backs her in not doing anything! I doubt she would have even told the housekeeping staff except one of them overheard. we own a guesthouse and a travel agency in Marrakech and are always looking for properties to recommend to our guests. we even had talked to this property about pricing for our guests and then this! you can really tell a good property from a bad one, a good sales rep from a bad one, a good person from a bad one by how they help solve a problem. this front desk staff failed miserably! and meantime I’m riddled with bed bug bites (classic 3-4 bites in a clump or straight line) all over one side of my body and face! I’m miserable. and angry at the same time. I will never go back to this hotel, even though I ranked it high in my ratings. and I plan to tell everyone I can about the experience! AVOID THIS HOTEL!

Everything was very nice. This is my second stay this year. I will ask for a room further away from the Disco as I am an older gent, but really like the hotel and area.

My room was to close to the disco. Music kept me up Friday night.
