- First of all: very friendly staff! And our apartment was great. Very well decorated, fully equipped kitchen etc. We really liked and enjoyed it! Excellent location for discovering the city. Close to the Market en the departing station of the Teleferico to Monte. Restaurant on the third floor is recommended! As well as a cocktail at the roofbar bar. Great views over the city.
- The hotel was absolutely fantastic. Every member of the hotel team was super friendly and couldnt be more helpful! There were so many lovely touches from the croissants delivered to your door each morning to all the other personal touches including going the extra mile for my partners birthday. The apartment and roof top terrace including pool were amazing. The team were what makes this place - they couldnt do enough for you but we also felt that we had the privacy needed as well. Have already recommended to friends!
- The room is nice and spacious. Very well equipped. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The blinds worked well to protect our precious sleep on a holiday. The restaurant and the rooftop bar are excellent - superb food, atmosphere and best coffee we had on the island! Free parking (very tight) worked perfectly for us. The coffee machine in the room with a milk foamer is a plus that you dont often see in a hotel.

- The windows were super dirty from the outside it was hard to see anything outside. The hotel is in a multifunction facility with offices on other floors which gives a hotel a disjointed office vibe. The reception staff were slightly intimidating at both check in and check out (different people) - guys we are on a holiday please relax. The working times of the bar and restaurant are not transparent and its different everyday so its hard to know when and where to go. Morning croissants were not good everyday.
