New modern building, located 220 yards from the center of the city and the Varna train station, 550 yards from the beach. The hotel opened in 2005. Surrounded by business offices and banks, the hotel is the perfect place for your stay in the sea capital. The cozy Lobby bar offers a rich gamma of drinks and pleasant music.

Pros +
- The staff are very courteous, friendly and helpful. They speak English. The location is good. I could walk to the Grand Mall, Bus Terminal, Sea Park, beaches and back. There are mini marts and good restaurants eg Turkish, local and etc. The Cathedral was a 10-minute walk for me.
- The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful The studio room was big and had a nice seating area. Good value for money. Comfortable bed.
Cons -
- Nothing bad. I think this is a very good hotel for the price I paid.
- Unfortunately the studio room has lots of low ceiling areas which we kept banging our heads on. Also there was a very noisy machine above us on the roof which kept us awake.
