Limited Breakfast option

Nice view of the sea. Large room for 3 people. Excellent and charming staff, daily cleaning of the room. Very firm mattress.Perfect location close to many restaurants.

Pool is very small, not for swimmers. No closed space for putting away clothes and personal belongings, uncomfortable armchair and no chair for the desk. Insufficient sound proofing.

Amazing rooms, very long with the additional bonus of a cool chillout zone to look out the window. Large beds, amazing amazing views. The pool was small but still enough for a few strokes and the view was incredible. Shower was lovely as well. We didn’t try the breakfast, as shop next door but it looked good.

Car park but knew that. Parked at the end of beach and was €3 for 24hrs, bit of a walk but the air and the sea made it worthwhile.

Room was clean and bed comfy.The hotel position is good.

Booked the stay with breakfast and dinner included. Breakfast is minimal and quality not good. Basically nothing fresh except the bread. Very disappointed to see that the dinner menu is the same every day for all included customers. Staff doesn't seem to be aware of this and when asked why so, answers are vague. We asked if it was possible to have the same menu of the other restaurant customers but this was denied. I'm not going to comment the "risotto carbonara" ingredients. Worst fact is that even with a fixed menu, there are dishes that are not included on the same and you have to pay extra. Our bathroom air system was leaking water and we asked the staff to check and fix. When we came back at the end of the day, we started to talk with reception representative to ask if the problem was fixed, but got interrupted by the same who asked instead us to go and check if that was fixed and let him know. Whilst checking out we got served by another reception representative that not even asked if everything was ok or not with the stay, so because of we didn't even get the chance to share our feedback with the hotel staff, this long review is the only way to do so.

Location at the Playa de las Canteras is amazing, staff is very kind and helpful with local information, the room is very spacious and pretty.

Unfortunately, the hotel was renovating a part of their dinning area during our stay so the breakfast choices were very limited - ended up eating sandwiches every day. Might have just been bad timing on our side, but it kind of became boring after 3 days. Beggers and alcoholics tend to hang in front of the convenience store located across the hotel entrance which can be disturbing....

Cleaning of the rooms That took time to clean and sometimes they clean the room one time every two days

The seaview was great, the rooms looked bigger than in the photos, and the bathroom was big. The sofa was unexpectedly comfy, and the room service each day was amazing. Carlos was working at the pool, and he was a funny and kind person.

The breakfast was the same every day, and although it was really good, we would have appreciated a small variation.

Although the wish of a big bed was fulfilled, they waited for me with a handicapped room... I ended choosing one of the two options the girl offered me, which a the end had a very uncomfortable small lavabo and a no nice sight at all.

The staff at the reception was super friendly, always helpful, and really cute to our little baby girl. The same applies to the restaurant lady who was really cute to our little one. The service staff deserves full 10 point rating.

The breakfast: dishes were not really clean, food was not tasty, only sweet and unhealthy stuff tasted good, the selection otherwise was quite poor and not of high quality. They did not have oat cappuccino or the like. Cleanliness of the building and the rooms was not satisfying, room cleaning was “forgotten” twice during 5 night stay and the floor in the room never ended up being actually clean…The fitness room was super tiny and did not meet our expectations. Plus, no umbrellas at the pool which can get quite dangerous in the heat…

There was nothing furniture to our clothes in the hotel room, and for breakfast was nothing vegetables only a very bad, water taste tomatoes…

The stuff and the breakfast were great. We had dinner one day too but this was not at the same level.

The wifi NEVER worked. We had to buy extra GB in our phones to be able to be connected. Hotel should pay this to us. The lights in the gym were not working either.

It's type of scaming. There is no pool big as it is in the picture. Also the rooms are not on sea view or balkon etc... as you see in thier pictures, so be careful. The use small letters. You have to pay double to get sea view. also the window is not on street view. it's just in same building. So please be careful and don't get scammed as i got.

Good location, at the beach. Nice place on the roof for sunbathing, with a small pool. The restaurant seemed to be good, even though we did not eat there. Its was packed in the morning for breakfast.

Water from the shower not draning properly, spreading not only onto the entire bathroom floor, but also into the hallway at the entrance. They asked us to pay an extra 20€ just because we arrived 2 hours before checkin time, even though they already had rooms ready.

Beautiful hotel overlooking the beach in the heart of Las Palmas. Staff were very helpful and provided exceptional service. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location right on Las Canteras beach. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff are very pleasant and more than helpful. We had a family room with a sea view and balcony that was a great place to relax in the evening.It was our first time staying in Las Palmas and with the value we had staying at the hotel we will be sure to return.
