The staff were generally nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable enough for me.

Internet: I hardly had any wifi connection in my room on the 8th floor. The gym could be disappointing for someone who’d want to do weight training. The swimming pool water was so cold you couldn’t really swim in it. For those wanting to rent a car, beware that parking is extremely limited. Breakfast was ok but not the best. Elevators functioned poorly, only allowed 3-4 in at a time. For those in a hurry to checkout, the wait time was too long. The building is run down. Overall the hotel didn’t meet my expectations.

The pool is great and quiet

The bathroom looks dirty, the floors are dirty, bathroom had mold. Very old and bad air conditioning, just makes a sound doesn't really do much.. not up to Marriot standard

No food or drinks even though officially 24/7, the window needs to be adjusted, one could hear the traffic

Very quiet with excellent soundproofing even though it is beside a very busy road. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception and in buffet dining room for breakfast. We stayed here twice on the way to and way back from Fuerteventura by car ferry and the hotel is very convenient to the ferry port.

Lack of vegetarian options on room service menu.

Very convenient hotel for bus terminal and old town. I was on the 11th floor near the very chilly swimming pool. It was a little tired but clean and comfortable and good value.

Expensive breakfast. It would have been nice to have just a croissant and a cup of coffee.

It was in a good location with an ocean view. Clean property and nice staff and very helpful.

The swimming pool did not have heated water, making it unusable during our stay in March when the temperature was around 15–18 degrees.

Everything was nice, we also got an upgrade and received a room with ocean view which made us very glad. Room was very good overall, it had some wear down signs. For example the flooring was damaged at some parts and the chair was very low quality and tore down, it was making noises on each move.The pool and gym are in roof top and had nice view. Unfortunately the pool is not heated and make it hard to use it when the temperature is not 25 or above.

The breakfest was nice - even though a little on a smaller range of choices with minimal daily inovation, but for our 3 days stay it was sufficient. We appreciated that the breakfest started at 7am and dinner was served till 11pm. We could order the dinner (3 courses) from set menu in the bar area. Again the selection was enough for our 3 days stay.We choose the hotel for the location close to the main bus station and was fully aware of four-lane highway in front the hotel.

Still the busy traffic was heard within the room even with closed window as our room faced the highway. I would recommend earplugs if you are light sleaper.

Been client of this hotels for years already, they are stable and provide the same high quality through the years. Staff always friendly also for LGBT+.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great for exploring Las Palmas - particularly the Vegueta area. We travelled for a birthday trip, and were surprised by a note and cake from the hotel to celebrate which was a thoughtful and generous touch!

The hotel is located close to bus station, so we could travel easily by bus to Maspalomas and Tejeda. 30-40 minutes by foot to center and beach. We liked the hotel, a room was a bit old (floor), but a bed and shower was nice. Breakfast we didn’t try, for us it was expensive 20 euros by person, so we decided to eat in the city. The cleaning was perfect every day.

nothing bad, nothing extraordinary. Good location and free parking during weekends arround the hotel which makes it good place to stop by whith the rented car. Walking distance to the center.

Bed, pillows, location for the old town and the bus station all good. Rooftop pool and area very nice place to relax. Restaurant staff the best, lovely, extremely helpful and friendly as were the room attendants and the main poolside man. Balcony with nice view.

Don't go half board - is a separate, extremely limited and repetitive (especially if you don't eat meat) menu . Fish overcooked. Food generally too salty and salads drowned in, again, too salty dressings! Helped by very accommodating restaurant staff to achieve the best we could! Desserts! Ice cream, cheap and tasteless or fresh fruit as from breakfast or yogurt in small pot, as from breakfast or a small cheesecake, same every night!! Very, very disappointing!Bedroom 'tired' with torn net curtains, badly marked and cracked floor covering, shower tray creaky and slow to drain, No streaming service on TV and only BBC world news. Intermittent and continuously cutting out wifi. No furniture on the balcony although chair provided on request.Have had much better facilities in lower grade hotels and apartments!!
