NH Las Palmas Playa las Canteras

Room was very clean.

The room didn't have any windows... the photos on the listing are bait and from another hotel which is 100 meters down the street.Also the lighting was a bit weird, since you don't get any daylight there were 4 separate lamps that you had to turn on In order to see anything in your room.

The location is prefect, close to the beach, the place is nice, clean, breakfast tasty and rich in a beautiful restaurant. But most I would like to emphasise the friendliness of the staff and their attitude to help! I was feeling sick and their attentiveness meant a lot to me. Thank you very much.

Passable

No heating in the room. Was very but very cold room and even if I mentioned about this to a stuff they just stated we don’t have heating system in the rooms. The next to our was warm enought when I checked that with hotel cleaner.

Excellent Stay – Clean, Quiet, and Perfect Location!My wife and I stayed at NH Hotel Playa Las Canteras for 8 days, and it was an absolutely great experience. The hotel is spotless, with exceptional cleanliness throughout. The reception staff were friendly and professional, making check-in and our overall stay smooth and welcoming.One of the small but impressive details was the coffee machine in the lobby—great quality coffee for just 0.6€, a perfect start to the day! The hotel is in a quiet area, as the street is pedestrian-only, which makes for a peaceful stay while still being right in the heart of Playa Las Canteras. Everything—restaurants, shops, and the beautiful beach—is just steps away.For the price, this hotel is truly worth it. We highly recommend it and will definitely stay again!

Good location. Nice with gym, even though it’s basic you can get a workout in.

Bed bed covers. The rooms where not cozy.

The Hotel staff responded excellently, when after midnight my flight was cancelled and I booked with them at very short notice. They were extremely receptive and accommodating, even arranging for a taxi later that morning even when I'd arrived well after midnight.

The location is great. Everything is really clean and breakfast is very tasty! I would reccommend this hotel!

Staff very helpful with transport to our wedding event, room was upgraded and was very large and comfy and nice and clean. Good shower, all you would want really.

Room was a little rough in places (scuffed paint, window didn’t close well) and we did have some noise from the street outside, especially when the bins were collected but not too bad, we would stay again.

Perfect location, lots of good restaurants around, nice staff, cozy room, nice A/C,... It was perfect!

I had two rooms and the second room didn't really have any window, it was opening up into a shaft. The room was very comfortable and clean

The size of the room is small.There was a strong smell of an ambient product and I had to remove it. However I communicated it to the staff and they proposed solutions.
