Perfect location and very nice view on beach but i paid to get balcony and the view …

The cleaning service not competent! And there were small ants always on the desk ! I paid supplement to get view and balcony ! They put a price and says in description that it is with view and balcony and after you book they ask for extras if you want a view and a balcony!

I had an excellent stay at the hotel. The staff were fast, helpful and make everything easy, the room was clean and comfortable, and the service was perfect. I really enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it

All was well, especially the staff at the reception. Very professional and accommodating. It would be great if an agreement could be made with the hotel for the parking nearby, which is expensive.

First and foremost, I would like to emphasize the quality of the personnel. They were extremely helpful and kind. We had a request upon checkin about the room, they fulfilled it. We had a problem in the room and they reacted immediately and efficiently. So in this respect, the hotel is a 5 star. I also would like to emphasize the parking. They have in an underground parking garage dedicated places. Upon arrival, you get a card with the number of your place. Therefore, there is no surprise of not finding an available place. The last one to mention is the location: next to the beach of the ocean.

I was thinking a lot about mentioning it, but to be objective, I have to mention that we had cockroaches in one of the rooms (this is what the staff reacted promptly and efficiently). It is not necessarily the fault of the hotel you have them also outside and they can easily come in. In the other room btw., there was no such issue. Other than this, there was no issue.

I had a room which had a terrible smell. They put perfume in it, to cover it, but that wasn’t nice either. It was spacious but I asked for a double bed and got two single beds. The room was quite dark and a bit worn out. Breakfast is nice but overpriced. I think you pay mostly for the location. Wouldn’t book it again unfortunately.

On the beach - however, also close to many restaurants. Which is great to go and eat out. Logically, the noise from the restaurants is there. Not drastic (Feb), I can not speak for the summer months. Usually, during the weekdays after 22:00 it was ok. We stayed from Tuesday till Sathurday - so I can speak only for the night from Friday till Sathurday (which was a bit worse than the weekdays).

Location is very good. Check-in was good too. It was good for a short stay.

We wished to have a window to the outside, but our room had a small window to a light-hof, with no light. It was OK for two nights, but it would have been a problem if we were to stay longer. This should be mentioned in the discription of the room, which was not the case when we booked. We did not have breakfast, so I can not say much about that.

The location of the hotel is perfect to explore the boardwalk and town.The room was reasonably comfortable and very quiet at night.

The hotel lacks a good restaurant. The food we had was mediocre at best.There are no ‘little touches ‘ that say you are appreciated. Although they were accommodating when we asked for a coffee maker.One should be aware of the restaurant bills on the boardwalk. It is not uncommon to be grossly overcharged.

It was clean, had a good location and a lovely view of the sea.

The bed was rock hard and the bedsheets uncomfortable. Though they said they had parking it was external and at 17.5€\a day, which is a lot. The shampoo and conditioner were absolutely awful, our hair felt like gum after it.

Staff was very accommodating, I could check in as soon as I arrived, and the staff was kind enough to allow me to check out one hour later. I appreciate their hospitality and kindness. I also found the breakfast very nice.

For a 4 star hotel, it was really dirty. There was dust in the corners of the room, indicating it was only superficially cleaned. There was also hair in the bathroom, and the pillow was stained.

venue is on best place - location, location, location! we were arriving on 5th January and traditional celebration is starting just in front of the hotel! great views during breakfast, possibility to swim ... all and it is in the area where there is so many great bars and restaurants. great location for visit

our room was having view to the wall ... but ok, it didn't bother us so much as other views were great

Brilliant location. Lots of bars/ restaurants nearby with the beach only 20m from the front door.

We stayed 9 nights with an interval of 3 nights away. As we were on the lowest floor with balconies it was rather loud from the promenade below, so we asked for a room higher up for our second stay. Unfortunately this doesn’t seem to be possible, although we were promised that a note was taken of our wish. The result: exactly the same noisy room again even though we’d booked the expensive superior category both times. Another issue: when asked we received a kettle but without mugs. We requested cups but were told to use the glasses provided. Rather impossible and dangerous.

Very close to the beach

There are some reasons:- Not polite. I did not feel myself welcome. That’s Spain - I understand. But could be better also for Spain.- i choosed hotel with parking on Booking com. But paid 36 euros for paid municipal pariking. - I paid 9 euros for small pack of Pringles. That’s too much. I don’t really care about this 9euros. But i con not understand reasons for this price.- Breakfast - bad. Don’t want to explain in details. But they don’t know about breakfast nothing.

Very clean, great location and friendly staff

The Location of the Hotel is excellent with lots of restaurants and bars adjacent, almost directly onto the beach.No hot drink facilities in the room and although there was a desk in the room there is no mirror for doing hair/makeup if someone else is using the bathroomBalcony furniture basic and could really do with 2 comfortable chairs in the room as the only relaxing option was to get in bed, didn't have breakfast as it is well overpriced and as there is a lot of choice of bars and restaurants closed by get something elsewhere.

This is bussiness style hotel suitable for singles, maybe pairs looking for city life. It has good position directly on Las Canteras beach. - hotel provides beach towels ( umbrella with two seats on public beach near hotel was 9 eur )- good beds

- moisture and mold in rooms ( picture attached ). - hotel stinks, so they try to cover it with air fresheners everywhere. If you are more sensitive it may be problem because You sense that bad smell. - standard rooms has no view ( picture attached ). For view or terrace or something to dry your clothes you need book higher option. - no services available: no pool, no bathroom amenities for 4*, no gym (must walk to dependance in other NH hotel through streets), no place to rest and spend time at hotel , nothing for kids ( only lounge bar is part of restaurant ). - price was over average for provided services. ( it was high season )
