The staff are lovely, clean hotel overall, room was big and spacious.

The fridge in the room didn't work.

Very friendly receptionist lady ? she let us to chek in early without extra payment, very kind lady, thank you. Very good shower. Nice abd big room, in city centre.

Terrible experience. Too bad!I haven't lived in a place this bad in some years. It's a weekend and I understand Gran Canaria is a mature tourist destination and I don't think I don't know Spanish is a big problem. I live the hotel about 48 hours, the front desk is only an old man, he can't speak any English, and he only said one word "Spanish", never seen anyone else in the hotel, you don't change other people? Nearby roads can be free parking, but all by luck and driving skills, I want to ask where there is a paid parking lot or free parking space, but! I was completely unable to communicate. We all know that speech translation with translation software is not reliable!As soon as I entered the room, I still kept the unused bath liquid and shampoo bottle left by the last guest on the bathroom shelf, and the old man at the front desk could not understand. He only sent me a message "What do you want to tell the cleaner" with the translation software. The cleaning woman does not speak English (this kind of work does not speak English is normal), showed her the photo to understand, and kept apologizing.So how do you charge 75 euros a night for a hotel like this?

Breakfast was in a cafe/restaurant very close to hotel and on the beachfront. We were given a voucher for breakfast and could spend up to €24 for the two of us which was more than adequate. I think the cafe was called Oliva. For and service were both excellent.

The room was not huge but was fine for one overnight stay prior to starting our cruise. Was a great location for this purpose.

It was very close to the beach and city

I was paying for breakfast but never got any breakfast. That was a very bad smell at the hotel and also expensive for standard. I was living at Hostel le Petit palu for 60 euro and that was much better, and this hotel I pay 100 euro and didn't get any breakfast so I'm not recommend this hotel for 100 euro night

Nice room, comfortable beds, we got a wonderful artificial small garden that was open on top.Nice and informative staff.

The location is excellent: very close to the beach, restaurants, transport, parks and several tourist attractions. (At the same time, the hotel is located in a quiet side street with only shops that close early, so there isn't much traffic or partying outside and I felt safe walking at night.) The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. It was also warm (I travelled in December) - there was a thick blanket available in the room and the aircon had "warm" mode. Hotel entrance is additionally secured with a code.

When I arrived, I found out I was upgraded to a better room, but at the same time moved from "inner courtyard view" to "street view" on the fourth floor. The sound isolation wasn't the best, so I could sometimes hear loud cars passing on the street even with closed windows. Sometimes I could also hear the neighbours. The room had bottled water but no tea making facilities.

Cautious and couldn't relax

Couldn't get into property on arrival,had to find a contact number from the website and managed to contact the owner( I think), who appeared from another building. I didn't necessarily feel safe at the hotel, as a solo traveller. Walls were very thin and I could here everything from near by rooms!

Beach location, quiet, clean and tidy, air-conditioning, nice rooms, helpful staff, lounge area. All good

I liked everything

The staff was very helpful, location was a bit away from the beach but easily walkable. Only 15 min walk from the las palmas de g.c bus station which was handy. Rooms were clean and comfy.

On the day of checkout we went beach then wanted to shower after but upon return discovered the shower room was used more as a storage room in the hotel. Minor thing really and would impact others.

We chose not to eat breakfast but the location was excellent and the staff went out of their way to be helpful.

Very convenient hotel to explore the Las Canteras. Short drive or bus ride to the downtown of Las Palmas. We got free upgrade for a nice room. The hotel does not have parking, but you get reduction for the parking ca. 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

Room was beautiful with great location only 2 mins walk from beach.

Very good considering the price but occasions noticed some things looking tattered/dirty

A deceptive budget hotel, quirky decor in the large rooms, which were clean and comfortable. Hany for the shops and beach, very good for the money.

If you were to use a car I can see parking could be a problem.
