The penthouse is really exceptional, the unit I booked. It has an outdoor patio area compelte with sunbeds and a parasol over a table, while the unit has a full kitchen and two bedrooms, as well a small living room. The A/C works like a charm. Everything was very clean. I would definitely stay here again if in Las Palmas.

Maybe there could be a set of slightly softer pillows.

Great Location. The room was perfect for what I needed and the shower got really nice and hot. The staff was also very helpful.

Great location, great value for money, very kind and helpful staff. My flight was leaving late evening and my checkout was at 12pm, i have asked if its possible to do a later check out, and even though my room had been booked they have allowed me to stay up to an hour before the new guests were meant to check in the room.

Nothing not to like, a simple hotel with all the needed amenities.

Really good value for money, room was bigger than expected. Good kitchenette facilities for tea/coffee and making breakfast. Water, coffee pods and wine given initially which was a nice touch. Very clean and well kept. Reception team were helpful and friendly.

Location is good - close to the beach, but is at the quieter end of las canteras so it's a little walk to some of the nicer restaurants/bars and better sunbathing facilities.

The place was spotless. Comfy beds, great location, great staff. I'll definitely be back if I'm ever in Las Palmas again and they have availability.

Street noise from construction outside

The apartment has a perfect location and is very well equipped (washing machine, kitchen etc). I also enjoyed the small balcony. As it is a hotel you have the benefit of a 24h reception and cleaning service. The bed and mattress are incredibly comfortable! I have been in different apartments in Las Palmas, but this was my favorite.

The balcony (which we paid 15 euros for) was very very small! You could not fit a chair there! One staff member (an old lady) was not very kind.

It was small but it still had everything I need.

We liked the location, it's close to the sea, supermarkets, lots of great restaurants and bus stops. This small flat had everything we needed. We got beach towels from the staff, when the room was cleaned, it was cleaned well, including dishes and floor. As we were bringing sand unintentionally.

It looks a bit tired overall, small renovation would be great for the place. Also there is no power socket next to the TV if you want to plug your smart TV or consoles.

Location was good and the lady at the reception was super friendly ? Nice looking, small apartment. Coffee was available for the whole stay. Nice big bed, clean and safe place to stay.

View from the window was nothing special. I liked everything so this is not a real problem.

Very pretty and functional Studio. We had all we needed. Eventhing was walking distance as well.

Only down side is the parking that is paid (from the city) and you have to walk a bit. Parking in the street is nearly impossible.

The hotel is close to the beach, and they provide towels which you can borrow which is convenient. The hotel is quiet and the room has everything you need for a couple of days.

The room needed some updates, some things were dirty and there was a bad smell coming from the pipes. Some staff members weren't very enthusiastic and didn't make much of an effort to make us feel welcome.

The room no 01 I had pleasure to stay in was a single bed room located on a ground floor, but the windows had unlockable shades and kind of sound proof windows. The room was perfectly equipped with everything you need to cook in- fridge with freezer, cooker, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils like pots, knives, chopping board, plates and cups. There was air vent above the cooker which can be activated while cooking. Tv with internet, wifi, air condition. There was also a nice wardrobe with two drawers and safe. The room is cleaned everyday and new towels are provided daily. Reception is available 24/7 and you can borrow beach chairs and parasols there. Reception staff very helpful- at this point I would like to greet Seniorita Receptionst who help me with my cut on the foot and provided professional first aid ?.Location of the place is very comfortable- 200 m to the nearest sand beach and promenade with bars and restaurants. 5 mins walking distance to Mercadona- supermarket. 15 minutes walking distance to SAVANA- night club loaded with people. In case you lose your wallet with ID and need to report it, the police station is about 30 mins walking distance- mainly along the promenade by the ocean. To sum up- As for me- solo traveler that was very satisfying place to stay.

It was modern, equipped and well cleaned. Very nice apartment.

Nothing, everything was great.

The hotel is close to the beach, supermarket and commercial center. There is a small kitchen with cutlery, a fridge, cookers, a koffer maker, a microwave oven, and almost everything for simple cooking. both the room and bathroom have windows which can be opened.

Well, I am writing this review keeping in mind it is a just 2 starts hotel.First of all: the location is super great - 1 minute walk and you are by the beach/ocean shore line bar area! super greatThe personal, although does not speak Cambridge Universiry English, communication flew smoothly because of high empathy. The room was always cleaned as soon as I walked out the room in the between morning and midday time.What was super nice on arrival is that I came and asked "I had a long flight, where can I buy water and coffee" - I was offered bottle of water right away for free and coffee in my room :)the room are equipted with the air conditioning too, windows both in the main room and bathroom can be openned - great way to fill the rooms with ocean smell air ;)

Clean room, good location.

There’s very little sound isolation so there were a lot of noises in the morning both from the street and from the staff cleaning other rooms.

Clean ideal for a couple of nights. Balcony too small to sit out. A bit expensive so will look for something more reasonable next time.
