Hotel Concorde

Right in the middle of the touristic center of Las Palmas, almost at the beach. Tons of good restaurants in the neighborhood, all within walking distance. Nice swimming pool on top of the hotel (with a great view!)

The interior of the rooms is a little outdated. Quite a bit of the furniture had damages (chipped off wood)No fan/air flow in the bathroom (the whole bathroom gets condensed when showering). In the main room you need to turn on the air conditioning in order to get air circulation. Not ideal.

Proximity to the beach and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The pool needs an extra step down in the shallow end.

Great and delightful hotel. Breakfast was amazing, with a great variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time. The carnival was also exciting to see and participate in.

Great location, very clean, and close to the beach. A special bonus is the restaurant with a panoramic view of the entire shoreline and the rooftop pool.

Stay was room only so didn't experience dining. Perfect location if you want to be close to the seafront/promenade/shops. Taxi rank outside and secure car park opposite (2 minute walk). Rooftop terrace with plenty of loungers and good size swimming pool at a pleasant temperature end of March. Friendly and helpful staff. Good size room with huge bed and excellent shower.

The facilities were fine, I thought the space on the roof with the pool was great, and the location was good. I was told I had no breakfast included but my aunt who paid the same amount did have breakfast included, so that was disappointing.

The room I was in had no real natural light, so it was a little depressing. I also found the room loud; you could hear all the noises from outside.

It was splendid to be in this nice hotel, sweet service, clean,quiet big room ,quality, delicious food. We loved everything ❤️ Thanks so mach!

The noise in the afternoon from building work was unbearable in the bedroom. I complained to reception but to no avail

Stayed here on a number of occasions. Perfect location. Great breakfast. Rooms basic with great bathrooms. don't miss the rooftop restaurant view. Nice pool too. On this visit we were upgraded to a junior suite that was just delightful with a fabulous terrace. We won't hesitate to return, perhaps in January.

The location was so close to beach, santa catalina park and bus station. Everyday cleaning was really good. Personel were so kind. Good price.

The laundry was so expensive!! Same breakfast everyday and not so special! The room was so small and not a good view.

Bad PointsThe housekeeping staff entered the room to clean even though my roommate was still inside.After my shower, the water drained slowly, causing the towel to get wet.A Spanish-speaking staff member kept complaining in an unpleasant manner, which felt discriminatory.Later, I received a letter from the hotel stating that they had found an issue with my bathroom usage and that I might be charged extra.The hotel's facilities were at fault, yet they sent the letter based solely on the maid's report, which was very rude.

Beach and swimming pool is good

The soundproofing is terrible; you can hear everything.The rooms on the first floor feel like basements with no phone signal and sunshine.There is a strong smell of mold, and I got bitten by insects.I was unable to change rooms.

We can put every tick about our stay! The most important things are very comfortable beds, nice pillows, what is very important when you are walk all day and 60 years old. Hotel very clean. The swimming pool on the roof is amazing, very clean as well, every night sunbeds and tables getting cleaned ! We think si, because every morning they been a little bit wet , but no rain during our stay. Breakfast is brilliant. Even you can get a free glass of sparkling! Amazing view to ocean from Breakfast area. Staff is very friendly, trying to help you with everything. Good bar downstairs, taxi point at front of hotel. Hotel Concord we love you ?!

Location

Not much in the room, coffee tea, kettle,and welcome minerals water. No tissue in the room. Only toilet roll.

Location is absolutely great. Two min walk to Canteras beach.

The decor was a little dated. Beds were not that comfortable mattress not great or pillows.My room was tidied every day but floors were not hoovered or mop, kept getting sand on feet if I was barefoot.Also my sheets were not changed once .I booked without breakfast . Plenty of fresh fruit and choice in buffet . But poor quality cured meats and strange tasting bacon.

Amazing location right next to beach bit also close enough to shopping area too.Staff are amazing and hotel is very nice ?

Parking can be difficult, street parking is available but we couldn't find any spaces when we arrived so we parked in the 24h multi story carpark beside the casino which is about 10min walk to the hotel.

Located very close to beach front and promenade. Room was standard hotel room. Breakfast was not included
