This hotel is everything that you need for your stay in Las Palmas, the location is perfect, close to everything, bars, cafes, shops, beach, but the best is the staff at the hotel, they did go way off to make my stay good. Marta the receptionista was so helpful to me, and always willing to do make my stay perfect. The cleaning lady was also kind and always smiling and helpful. So thank you, I will recommend this hotel to people travelling to Las Palmas, and would stay there again if travelling to Las Palmas

Easy check-in with the online instructions and pre-check-in form.Decent breakfast with a selection of bread, butter, and jamon.

I'd suggest adding eggs to the breakfast - boiled or scramble would be perfect!

The hotel is directly in the city and you just need to walk about 100 m to the beach. There are Cafés and restaurants all around you to brighten your day. The hotel is very well equiped, located... For a short vacation or business trip an excellent choice. Everything very near. You can go to the beach for a swim or amazing walks through the beach promenade. As the hotel is directly in the city, everything is near which makes the stay perfect.

The breakfast was not included in the stay and the price for the breakfast was rather expensive.

I cannot rate the staff since I didn't meet anyone during my stay at the hotel (I did the pre check-in online). The room size was nice. We liked the free tea and coffee service in the coworking space. The location is quite central.

What we didn’t like was the view from the window — there is practically no view from some of the rooms (the largest ones), as they face the patio/courtyard, meaning you only see three more walls. The cleanliness of the shower could also be improved.

Extremely nice hotel. Everything new and clean. Smelling fresh and clean. Perfect location and easy and simple check-in after hours. Comfortable beds. Will 100% choose it again for my next visit to Las Palmas.

This hotel is not made for small children, as the room is really keen on hearing and echoing, the door to the balcony can't be locked.

bad customer service

they have put us in a much smaller room than we have booked. we only found this out after we arrived. the reception was alraedy closed when we arrived (18:30). we called their number but no one picke it up. we wrote an email and explained the situation, but we haven't heard back from them although it was 3 days ago. when we checked out (9:00), the reception was not open yet, and we are already back our country. so they stole our money.[Update] they have contacted me after this review. we found a solution.

The staff (Gara and cleaning lady) were very helpful! We were able to check in an hour earlier and leave an hour past check-out. The location is great, walking distance from the beach Las Canteras and enough parking options close-by.

Well located hotel moments from the beach. Comfortable and easy stay with self check in, access code is messaged before you arrive. There is an open office space on the 1st floor where you can get tea and coffee from the hot water machine. Very good tapas bar opposite - Tasca GalileoWe parked our rental car at Parking Olof Palme 5 minutes walk away, which was very easy and secure safe parking lot for €15 per day.

We were in room 201 which was facing the main road (above the front entrance door) the windows do not block out noise well so you can hear the street noise and is quite loud, it is not great if you are a light sleeper.

The room was kept clean throughout my stay, which I appreciated. Additionally, having access to Netflix was a nice touch and made for some relaxing downtime. I also felt reassured that my belongings were safe, as nothing was misplaced or taken during my stay.

There were several issues that impacted my overall experience. Upon arrival, my room wasn’t ready, which was disappointing after a long journey. Communication was also a challenge—the provided contact number went unanswered, and I had to leave a message and wait for a callback, which wasn’t ideal when I needed immediate assistance.Another concern was the lack of staff presence throughout the weekend. Reception was unattended, and there was no one available to address questions or concerns. This also contributed to a feeling of insecurity, as the building seemed accessible to anyone during the weekend, which didn’t make for a particularly safe or comfortable environment.Lastly, the room itself was quite small, which made it feel cramped, especially for a longer stay. While it was functional, the limited space was noticeable.So while the cleanliness and Netflix were definite highlights, the issues with room readiness, communication, staff availability, and safety were significant drawbacks. I hope the hotel can address these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.

The location is great, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the cleaning is excellent. The co-working space with standing desks is available for everyone. Unlimited use of the coffee machine and tea, plus a filtered water.

Unfortunately the beds separated very easily, we new there was two singles when booking though. There isn't a great view from the balcony, just onto a small street. It can also be quite noisy due to traffic and some construction going on at the time. The shower was not very powerful either.

Excellent location and spotless clean. Plenty of space in room. We had junior suite with balcony for a family of 4. Any assistance we needed was provided to us straight away. Having a nespresso coffee machine on shared lounge floor was fantastic.

Large, clean room, great bed , great location, big TV with Netflix. Good lighting aand plenty of seating space Very quiet at night. Nespresso machine in lounge with teas and cold water . Junior suite has a cool balcony too. 1 minute walk to beach and Granier to take a nice breakfast looking at the ocean.The Temperature of the room was perfect in December. No a/c or heating needed. Good part of the city for restaurants too. Nice staff (when they are there!)

The WiFi wasn't working the first night. Repaired in the morning. Other than that all was great.

clean, central, does what it says on the tin. Nice coffee station for guests. Las Palmas is a treat - the beach is sensational.

The wifi did not work - this was not just me the other guest I met who was staying there said the same. This is pretty bad in 2024 - travellers need wifiAlso - there was only one socket in the room which was behind a piece of furniture and was fully occupied with the TV etc. Again - it is 2024, and travellers need sockets.
