Hotel MG Poniente

It’s very central, newly renovated & clean. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful & engaging.

The hotel was comfortable, clean, the staff was friendly and nice, the food was great

The staff were very polite and helpful when needed

The noise coming the opposite side of the room, garbage trucks, drunk people, aside from that it was good

The location to the beach

The absence of staff on site. The towels were threadbare.

Didn't have it

I thought the bed could be nicer. I think the cleaner's should by default always clean the room not just request it. Unfortunately having public bins outside the window can't be helped, they collect the bins between 11pm and midnight. In general I would stay here again

Great customer care in general. Reception was very nice and open to book airport transfer before and after arrival. Also, took into account my need for a late check-out. Very nice selection of breakfast each day. Great location in the centre of Las Palmas, still 5 mins walk from the beach.

Central, modern, excellent beds, berry friendly staff.

The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the beach and promenade, the room is clean, with new renovation, not bad breakfast, very polite and helpful staff, helped to call a cab to the airport.

Good location. Reception staff super nice and accommodating. Bright, clean, nice hotel. Spacious for an island like this. Great bathrooms.

Lacking on facilities. Bit expensive for what it is. Had the necessary elements in the room but could have gone further for this price point.

Very enjoyable with helpful staff. One room was a bit noisy late on the Saturday evening but it calmed down before midnight.

Good location near Canteras beach and Santa Catalina square. Staff were pleasant and friendly.Other than a bit of street noise on Saturday night (understandable given it was Carnival), it was a quiet hotel and I slept well.

The towels all had stains on them when I arrived. The man at the reception was apologetic and changed them for me straight away but having clean towels is a pretty basic requirement.

Great location. Hotel was clean & comfortable. Friendly and helpful personnel - especially the lady receptionist and the breakfast staff.

Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. Also very helpful with booking taxis and answering questions.The breakfast buffet was nice and good for the price of 8 euros.It's a perfectly good and well run hotel for a decent price. Slightly above what I expected. Not luxury but perfectly good.Would definitely stay again

Excellent for Canteras beach, Santa Catalina bus station and number 1 bus for old town. A little more variety for breakfast would be good

The staff was amazing, very helpful, and they gave me amazing recommendations. The room and the whole hotel was very clean and well equipped. Location is prime, 1 minute from the beach.
