Location, beautiful room, overall excellent

Room not ready on arrival despite arriving 15 minutes after it was scheduled to us. It took a further 80 minutes to be ready.Breakfast buffet had not been replenished on our allocated slot, also no staff present I booked a double room but had two single beds pushed together which drifted apart all night.

The hotel is perfect situated, somehow in the centrum but in a quiet place. Very clean, great services.

Central location, great staff, nice rooftop bar with a great view. Jose at the reception was fantastic and did everything he could to make our stay perfect :)

The breakfast area was quite small and squeezed. The breakfast options were limited but of high quality.

Beautiful restored hotel. Nice sized rooms with the biggest doors ever. Very comfy beds. The young man that checked us in was very nice and helpful. Great location in old town with a nice rooftop bar, as well. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had two rooms at the hotel while one of the bathrooms was fine the other still had the dirty towels from the prior guests and what seemed to be an uncleaned sink.

Everything about the hotel was amazing! The staff is friendly and very welcoming.The hotel is a beautiful architectural and historical building. The terrace has amazing views. The room is wonderful, had everything we needed. Will recommend to everyone.

Astonishing combination of modern upgrade on an historical building. The high ceilings, old stairs, high doors combined with glass elevator, modern lamps and procelanosa tiles

Parking is a real issue

Excellent location on beautiful, quiet plaza Santa Ana. Big comfortable room exceeded my expectations. Lovely terrace, breakfast and nice staff.

The hotel was extremely beautiful, clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms are very spacious. Very recommended!

The A/C was quite slow and did not manage to cool the room as much as we needed.

It's a historic charming hotel with modern amenities. It's located in the old town Santa Ana Plaza and its roof top has a fantastic view of the Cathedral. Special thanks to Abigal at the reception who gave good tips and always helpful and patient. Several historic museums nearby. For the beachgoers, one can take the bus #12 to the Playa de Canteras with 6 mins walk from the hotel. We also enjoyed dining in the recommended restaurants nearby with excellent food. One time we bought jamon, cheese and wine from the Mercado de Vegueta and did our little "picnic" up at the rooftop for lunch. All in all, we are glad we picked this hotel.

Constructive feedback - customer support via Booking messenger was eventually helpful as I tried to get more info with a partner with limited mobility. Only advice would be to provide it without referring us to reach out to the reception for more info. It's part of the pre-arrival info sharing and it's not easy to make long distance call to ask more specifics.

Amazing hotel in the old part of Las Palmas. It really is a dreamy place. I felt like royalty for three days. Rooms are well equipt and those high ceilings are incredible. Beds are really comforable And the breakfast is sooo delicious.There is a rooftop bar on the upper floor and the view is fantastic. We had amazing time at this hotel.

The reception staff were lovely especially JoseRoom excellent. Views and location perfect.

The roof terrace staff were unwelcoming and abrasive. As guests we should receive a better welcome on the roof terrace and possibly some preferential discounts on beverages and food.

Staff at the hotel were brilliant espcailly Ninea on reception - she was a delight helling us navigate the city with a disability. Roof top bar was delightful and the rooms were a good standard. Beautiful views of the Cathedral.

That the price didn't include breakfast, taxi's wouldn't drop off outside the hotel meaning we had to lug suitcases up a steep hill on arrival and the rooms were a little small for 3 people.

Location, tranquility, great roof top bar

Location perfect. Very comfy large beds. Friendly reception team. Very clean. Roof terrace with views.Could only stay for one night otherwise would have stayed longer.

It was all good. (Sadly it rained for us so couldn’t enjoy an evening drinking on the roof terrace - next time!)

Location was brill for the old town and the cathedral. Lovely rooftop bar. Staff friendly and helpful. Good shower and comfy beds.

Lovely hotel that we’ve used twice now before a cruise out of Las Palmas! Very comfortable beds and great breakfast!

The people were extremely kind and helpful. The location (plaza Santa Ana) is great. The building and the decoration is nice.

Maybe some renovation would be needed. It seems to be ageing a bit.
