Catalina Plaza Hotel Sostenible

Everything was in an excellent state. New, modern, sustainable! Perfect location for a week on Las Palmas close to the beach, restaurants and public transport. Really lovely staff. Really quiet hotel. The breakfast was amazing, with fresh products of excellent quality.

The staff were super helpful and friendly - they did everything they can to help identify my lost baggage, in specific. Facilities/amenities could be a bit better, it does not have a fitness center - wait till you see it :)

The staff was friendly and helpful. Not offering water after the first day just feels stingy.

The rooms were not cleaned and arranged every day unless we mentioned it. Water was only offered the first night, for the 4 other days, no water was offered and we had to buy them.

We loved staying there, the property was modern, well decorated a really comfortable. The staff accommodating and location perfect to venture out.

We were unlucky as we booked during a high season and prices were def higher up. Bit the hotel staff, location, comfort made it up to that.

The breakfast is very good, fresh and the hotel roof is lovely and cozy.The location of the hotel is also good.But above all, the wonderful staff and the dedicated, caring and exceptional service that the staff provided stood out... Special thanks to Christian and Jessica!!We would love to return to this hotel at the first opportunity.

Good breakfast, good location, good reception, nice personnel

The room was spacious. The bed comfortable. The bathroom was clean.

There was no water, the reception staff said there was but there was not. Nothing to do with the property, but had I known I was booking a hotel in the epicentre of the Carnival, I would never do that as it was very loud. This is however my mistake and nothing to do with the owners.

it’s a hostel disguised as a ‘boutique’ hotelrooms are not heated or ventilated and are infested with mould (Moho) the smell stays in your clothes for days

Great location, very close to the bus station and in the middle of the commercial area. Cheerful, helpful staff, with special mention for Jessica and Joanna and the young man who made us omelettes in the morning.

The roof terrace was under-equipped for relaxing. More sun beds would be useful. Breakfast buffet became a bit samey after the first couple of days.

When booking, hotel should tell you Carnival is on directly across park from it and very noisy till late. Also sound prodding not great so bars nearby can be noisy till late.

Clean comfortable hotel, very good location near las Canteras beach and walking distance to bus station Las Cantalina. Large double bed, great shower and ultra modern toilet. Would definitely recommend.

Breakfast on the roof terrace looking over the park and towards the harbour was a great start to the day. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The service is excellent and the rooms are clean. Breakfast was a very pleasant experience, with a wide choice of food. The hotel was very well located, with nice lounge areas on different floors and of course a roof terrace.

I wanted to use the hot tub on the roof terrace. Unfortunately, the owner was celebrating his holidays on 25 December 2024 and had booked the whole terrace for himself. I would understand, but after a few days of hiking, I decided to spend my holidays in this hotel because of the relaxation facilities on the rooftop. It's a pity it was like that then.

Great value for the money, modern and clean room and nice jacuzzi which you can reserve in before hand. Kind personnel.
