I wish they had a coffee/tea provision in the room. Also cleaning staff did not knock before entering the room on more than one occassion....this was an issue because once it was a man and I was traveling alone. But overall I had a good experience

The staff was friendly enough and somewhat helpful, the rooftop with a pool was nice, but the sauna was broken and the hours to use the rooftop were very short

I only had one sheet on my bed, no top sheet or any blankets. It took about an hour to get some blankets(the "extra" blankets for warmth, not the nice duvets in the other rooms, and didn't fit the bed, next day got the top sheet, also didn't fit

Staff is lovely, super close to the beach, breakfast was fabulous, gym was great as well. worth it.

Natalia, the receptionist, was really really nice with us, and this was super important for our stay. The hotel is really well located close to the beach, so we could enjoy without having to use a car or public transport.

The price was really really high, and the room+bathroom were old (it seemed to be renewed along time ago).

It was clean and it had 3 beds for us.

It smelled bad in the hallway and needed updating,

the breakfast was good it has a great deal of nutritional food.

The hotel is a area where all tourists arrive from the ships and trains and also locals there are people from different backgrounds. The room is good size and the furniture is in good condition. The only problem that I found is the internet is weak in certain parts of the room. The breakfast was good and plenty of different health options. The staff was attentive and helped me in different questions about my trip. I had a good time in Exes

Property was in a good location, located a 2 minute walk to the beach. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a decent selection of foods.

The rooms were not sound proof and we could hear every noise coming from the street. This was a big pity as the rooms themselves were comfortable.

Perfect location, lovely staff. They let me check out late which I really appreciated. Lots of nice resteraunts around. Lovely rooftop area with a pool and jacuzzi. Honestly so fab, would reccomend ??

Shower in bathroom leaked onto the floor and would change temperature.

A clinical functional hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good choice at breakfast and a perfect location for the beach. Staff lovely.

Breakfast could have been better.windows are not very well fitted and the sound from outside is very annoying and we were on the 7th floor however it was carnival week so this could have skewed our impressions

The receptionist man ask me what is my room number when I entered the hotel I told him I don’t know but I can give him my surname so he can search me on computer. He was keep asking me my room number instead of search my surname on computer, my lift already was there so I left to the lift as it was very late at night. He said he called police on me. My room card didn’t work couple of time so I have to go downstairs to activate my room card . When I get downstairs there was police waiting for me . I did explain to the police that I didn’t know my room number and the receptionist man was making everything difficult so I left to the room. The room card didn’t work multiple times and I had to go downstairs to the reception to activate it multiple times really annoying. Not sure what kind of system they are using. Apart from that the roof top is lovely but the staff should be trained also I have to mention the security of this hotel should be stronger .

Nice hotel, close to a huge beach, a mall and many other useful facilities, like bus station to reach the airport and other towns. Breakfast was good, can't complaint. Bar on the roof was nice too.

Facilities (fitness room) and decoration of the room (no hangers except the ones in wardrobe, wardrobe light not turning off) were poor for a 4 start hotel.

Fabulous hotel stay. Hotel is in an excellent location, right beside the beach in las Canteras, beside the no. 12 bus stop to go to Vegueta also, never mind all the great places to eat on the beach promenade close by. Exceptionally friendly & informative staff. Really great choice of breakfast in their buffet offering.

Great location, 5 steps to the beach and walking distance to lively areas, both touristic and touristic.

Hotel is a bit run down in general and could use renovation, but everything works fine and is clean.
