Location was excellent, and the beach in front was absolutely beautiful.

Not able to book massages. Not bc they were fully booked. They just didn¿t have anyone able to do any of the treatments and gave no timeframe for when they would. We were there during a tropical storm. No beach time so a spa day would¿ve been nice.

Nicely located at the beach; nice Area.

Strong perfume stell in the lobby. Out of 4 elevators, only one was working, which led to Long waiting time. Coffee at breakfast does not Taste good at all.

Our room was newly renovated, spacious with a balcony and rather big bathroom, lots of storage page. Comfy beds Pool area on 8th floor was very nice with nice and reasonably priced pool bar next to it. Breakfast was very good with lots of selection. Direct access to beach boulevard. There is also a spa, gym and beach sunbeds which we did not use

a bit disappointed with the staff attitude. One has to pay 1,50€ per day extra for safety box and get a special pin to get it working, 5 euros for bath ropes. Reception did not tell this when checking in so had to go back twice to get them. They just told that it was covered in the letter that they gave in an envelope. Fine, but we were already upstairs in our room so had to go back again. Also pool bar said there was no credit on the room, again reception failed to ask for credit card when checking in. How difficult would it be to mention these things when checking in?

Location great and breakfast fine.

For the money we paid for sea view on the 3rd floor in a corner room - not good !! Only one elevator for 265 rooms not good! Spa installation rather small for 265 rooms.

Very good breakfast (salmon included), better to get there at 08:00 to catch food hot, sauna and outdoor pool at top floor- fantastic, free parking, hotel located almost on the beach with walking street along it!!!! We checked out at 05:30 in the morning and we got a FULL breakfast-amazing.

The rooms the first two days of our stay were not cleaned correctly. The floors not swept and dirty glasses were just rinsed and put back. They still had tea and coke on inside.Ac was hard to adjust. Either too hot or too cold.

Great location, beach chairs included, good breakfast

Great property, just wasn’t thrilled about my sea view, I requested a high floor and received first floor, view was not good and although it had a patio it just didn’t feel safe to leave doors open and hear the sea. Also, so many smokers that my room constantly smelled of cigarettes.

The hotel is on a beautiful beach, the pool is great and the walkable location to great restaurants is amazing. We loved our big corner room even though it didn’t have a sea view. The best part though has to be the breakfast with extensive options, champagne, and the front desk lady who was kind enough to offer us breakfast upon arrival even though we hadn’t stayed the night before. This place is also super close to the bus station if you want to take a trip! Great price.

Not the fault of the property but this area of the island had shade for days during our visit

Location, spa, pool, beach access, mattress was firm, spacious room, helpful staff, breakfast buffet, clean,

I had the buffet dinner one night and I was disappointed in the main courses. The food could have been tastier and not so over cooked.

Exceptional breakfasts, roof with pool and spa with ocean view, very cute personal - all things here is brilliant! I was looking for a copper (just spend one night before surf camp) - and found gold.

The thing I like the most about this hotel is the location to the beach! The room was comfortable and the spa was truly wonderful! The staff is probably one of the best I have encountered! Warm and welcoming and so helpful!

I loved the location. I had a great view of the beach and was within walking distance of other various places.

The bedroom was a bit small.

Loved the Environment and the beach across the Promenade!! Lovely walking along the beach and Promenade. Fantastic Restaurants in the vicinity as well as the breakfast in the hotel! Staff fantastic.
