Location close to Old town, shopping, goodrestaurants, huge supermarket and bus terminal. staff was friendly and helpful

None, hotel easily met my expectations.

it felt like luxury after staying in hostels, rooms, etc. Having a very comfy bed and a hot shower that didn't run our of hot water was fantastic.The only problem was that shower flooded the bathroom but they were sorting that.Lovely ocean and plaza view, great location for walking to old town.

The room and the bathroom were much more modern and confortable than we expected. The breakfast was delicious and really excellent quality for the price. There were also lots of small details that make a difference, like a lovely body lotion, a great shampoo&conditioner, and a powerful hairdrier. The location is excellent and our views were really nice.

The staff is very friendly /helpful & attentive to any request or question .There is a lot of walking areas around.Also a lot of supermarkets Location is good but not very near from the beach..u have to take a bus not less than 20mins to reach ..the main bus stations to everywhere is right infront of the hotel where u can go anywhere literately from there ,even from and to the airport or from and to other towns/islands.

Location is good but not very near from the beach..If u need to go to la carnas beach u have to take a bus or u can stay in their sister hotel there infront of the beach .

Staff is most helpful and knowledgable about the city. Beds are excellent and the additional space (seperated by a sliding door) with armchair and table is perfect for chitchat or resting after day rips

some hooks will be very practical to air clothes or just hang bags. The room has a closet though

Hotel was very clean. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the park which was great. Perfect location for San Telmo. Across from the park and train station. Breakfast was great. Staff friendly and courteous.

Proximity to centre. Close to taxi rank and bus station. Many cafes, bars and restaurants nearby

Location near bus terminal is fantastic...buses make it really easy to get around.

Wish for a steamer or iron in room

Good internet, flat-screen TV with HDMI port, comfortable bed, and large bathroom.Good location right next to the San Telmo bus station, the pedestrian zone and the historic old town.They have dynamic rates. Early bookings are significantly cheaper than last-minute bookings.

Close to the old town, comfortable, with excellent service and cleanliness. The staff are very friendly.

Breakfast, location, very clean

Internet connection didn't work (on 4th floor) in all 7 days we stayed even if we complained about this aspect

The AC did not work and made the stay somewhat unpleasant.

The breakfast was fairly standard with limited vegetarian options, but the location is excellent—just 15 minutes to the market and 5 minutes to the port view area.

We wanted a long weekend away in Las Palmas, first visit, and wanted somewhere near the bus station. Sercohotel Parque was right next door, good reviews, so there we booked. First impressions very good, we were early but no problem, very friendly. We had a junior suite on second floor overlooking the park. Wonderful room, well worth the extra, so much space. Provided tea making facilities on request. Breakfast very good, nice atmosphere, well run. I've stayed in some fantastic hotels, but for the price I'd put the Parque well up my list - we'd not stay anywhere else in Las Palmas now!

Nothing we did not enjoy

Comfy and spotlessly clean modern rooms with spacious bathrooms. Great breakfast buffet with lots of variety. Loved the location, close to shops and Old Town.

Pillows were rock hard!Although the hotel helpfully organised parking at a nearby car park, the map supplied to locate it wasn't the clearest when arriving with a hire car at night. We managed it in the end after several drives round!

Excellent Breakfast to start the day. Great location for all things walkable. Also near the bus station for easy access throughout the Island. Would definitely stay here again!

Wide selection of foods for breakfast including some local specialities. Great 6th floor view from breakfast room. Restaurant in same room open some evenings, but not the weekend. Room with balcony had great view overlooking park San Telmo. Good sound insulation when balcony door closed. Hotel is beside the bus station. Walking distance to all tourist attractions and plenty of restaurants. Safe area to walk around.

There is heavy traffic outside. The were the same two cheeses each day. Hotel parking is extremely limited but there is free onstreet parking on Sundays and reasonable rates otherwise. Check times which vary during the day - we got a parking ticket. Fines can be paid at the machine, €2 within 24 hours then €6.

Well situated , comfortable. Exceptionally good breakfast , dinner just OK . Left luggage facility. No longe , but room comfy with balcony.
