Reception staff very professional and helpful. Breakfast was quite good - variety of food and lots of it. WIFI was ok and drinks in the bar were quite decent - €2.50 a pint and same for a brandy. Very close to beach. Bars and restaurants. Room was cleaned and sheet change every day. All the staff seemed happy and that is nice to see.

I had an internal room with no view or balcony. But I didn't pay a lot so my bad as well. The gym only opens 10AM to 6PM. I prefer to train earlier and walk around the area or trips during the day. A kettle in the room would be nice.

Staff were very friendly, especially the one at the reception.It was great to have the access to the pool, gym and sauna upstairs.The location is great.Breakfast was ok.

The food was what would be expected in a three star hotel.The gym was particularly good and the rooftop pool area was nice.The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean.The situation of the hotel is really good as it is close to the northern bus station and beach.Victor who was the evening time receptionist was very friendly and helpful a great asset to the hotel.The rooms were a little tiered but this is a 3 star hotel with 3 star prices so we were quite happy.

We found the bar staff to be nonchalant and rude.We booked the sauna in reception and they phoned through to the bar who hold the sauna key.When we arrived later for the sauna key they knew nothing about it and it wasn’t booked in the book.David was particularly unhelpful as he didn’t understand the word sauna,even though the spelling is the same in Spanish.Instead of trying to understand he just walked off?

1st of all the great asset of this hotel is their staff especially the reception team - very helpful, very accomodating and very hospitable. Helped us a lot with booking taxis and gives directions when we need. Breakfast is great with lots of choices. Swimming pool is nice but can be more heated during winter/spring times but still good for a swim, rooftop bar and seating very comfortable me and my family goes here at the end of the day to bond and relax. Gym and sauna available. Dinner different food every night, some night have better options. But tasty enough. They clean our room everyday and gives toiletries. No kettle in the room but you can ask the reception and they will give you one. Lobby is comfortable and homey, dinning room nice colour and ambience.

Room is dated, bathroom needs more attention to cleaning. More sunbeds. More pillows at least 2 per bed would be nice. Small triple room, not much space for our bags and luggage.

Hotel needs upgrade, don't like bath tubs , needs a cattle and a fridge, balcony is also a must for me and lots of noise from the street and traffic side of hotel i did not like.

Reception staff were the best

The buffet breakfast was a mess, there were missing items - bowls, milk, etc. Needed a supervisor to make sure things were not running out

Excellent location for transport to most parts of the island. Food was very good, although the choice was a bit limited. Hotel location was very quiet as was the room, mainly older people staying. Staff were excellent, bright and very helpful.

Nothing to dislike.

Needs a bit of refresh (refurb). Would be great to have water in rooms.

Staff were lovely

Bedroom dull, couldn't open window. Food disgusting, shriveled and dry, staff were not allowed to replenish until everything was gone. Last night ended up having salad starter and nothing else. We complained at reception

Location was excellent, 4 minute walk to the beach front and lots of bars/ restaurants nearby! Hotel was clean, cleaning staff come once a day Very friendly staff, the receptionists are very helpful and will book you a taxi to the airport if needed Area was quiet so didn’t have an issue with noise

Not a major selection for breakfast but the food was still lovely! Just your typical continental breakfast but it does have scrambled/fried eggs, bacon/ sausages etc

Outdated - room could do with refurbishment, shower ceiling paint peeling. Room is not very soundproofed, you can hear next door well if you're a light sleeper. No kettle in room.
