Modern design and view of the beach. Very comfortable bed and really nice shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Was perfect We were looking for something closer to the airport as this was a stop over for a plane change on to Madrid.

Bad location, very noisy from the roads, renovations around the hotel and very very noisy. Missing things in the room, no kettle, no laundry bag, no tissues etc.

Very clean and very smart layout

Some of the amenities were not working on arrival but they were quickly fixed by great staff

Location was good for our needs. The room was clean. Pricing was reasonable.

The room was so "modern" in design and layout that it had functionality problems. The shower was in a clear glass enclosure fully in the room - not separated. Operating the shower was a mystery - no directions given or markings for hot/cold/on/off. Same with light switches controls.The staff was only moderately helpful. Not really up to snuff on tours/or getting from one place to another.

The apartment was newly renovated and nicely done. Very modern and clean room.

It wasn't so warm when I was there, but no air-condition could be an issue in the summer.

The reception staff was not helpful not kind never smiled and welcome .We stayed twiced at the hotel as we liked the room and the place but the day of our departure i had an infection and asked polite to stay i little longer in the room because i was feeling bad . they show no worry no kindness they called me exactly at 12 to simply say we need the room now you cannot stay longer and they didnt even ask if i need something a doctor or anything as i was standing at the reception . thanks god got a taxi at the street and when i went to the airport hours earlier for my flight i found a doctor she helped me and gave me medicin and managed to fly back home. I asked for the hotel manager to complain about the behavour of the reception staff but they told me the manager was not there this week so i decided to write here my review so they improve the service and must of be a better person and help their clients more as they are in a foreign country .

The Hotel room was fabulous and the balcony was great. Location to centre of town was brilliant as we could walk to everywhere we needed to go. The rooftop bar and restaurant were fabulous. Food was good and the ambience was too.

The breakfast! I really wish I could give this more positive feedback, but... the hot food was really cold! It was cooked OK, but the hotplates/heat lamps didn't do their job. We tried on the first morning to eat eggs and bacon, etc., but couldn't. The churros were hard and cold too. Basically the food that was supposed to be hot was very cold. The variety was good but not worthy of the money. It was disappointing as we had to go elsewhere for breakfast on the 2nd and 3rd morning. First day was Sunday, so we ate there a little later at 10.30am, food was cold. Second morning we gave it another go as it was Monday and we were a little earlier at 9.15am, we bought the food would not have been lying out as long. Nope, it was cold, so we had a coffee and some cold food and went elsewhere. The staff were lovely though.

Facilities very poor no bar/lounge area. Swimming ( plunge) pool shut as was gym. Very loud noisy private part in roof terrace on first night and unable to sleep. My wife and I were offered two single beds in another part of hotel but not happy with this as people were trying to get into our room in the early hours of the morning. Rooms very dark and poorly lit with storage in room very sparse.staff not very helpful on check- in very confusing process. Not very helpful when I complained regarding the noisy party directly above us and we were unable to gain access to the roof terrace due to the "private" party despite us paying for the privilege. Most facilities were not available to us.

Reasonable choice for breakfast, room clean.

Overall decoration far too dark, controls and dispensers hard to find and use. Lack of indoor lounge area for relaxing and getting drinks. Breakfast area could also be used for social area and relaxing.

Bed was comfortable

Shit location not as described. The SEA VIEW is a view of a port with a two lane motorway outside your door. No parking near hotel €12 per day to park two blocks away. Poor lay out in room with shower leaking and poor lighting.. don’t know how it is four star hotel. No restaurant on site but a roof top bar with a strong smell of sewage. Paid 1200 for 7 nights left after 1 night. Well done to booking for getting our money back. Folks sleep in your car or a park bench but don’t go to this “HOTEL”

The reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. All of them spoke really good English. Breakfast was good but very busy.

It was difficult to get coffee in the morning as there was only one drink station. The view of the port was a bit obscured with the outside plastic decor but when looking for the hotel it was easy to spot from a distance.

The road outside was very noisy. If you want quietness ask for a room at the back

The room was lovely and a very big balcony! We lived that the toilet was separate and the coffe machine and a kettle! Slippers and dressing gowns this should be a 5 star hotel

We could get in the rooftop restaurant as it was fully booked!

Good quality hotel in a very centric location.

Electricity went off for about 15-20 mins on the first night: apparently only within the building itself.Breakfast: bacon was paper thin, no baked beans available, and the potato omelette had no salt whatsoever.

The location is NOT true to description. Busy 6 lanes of highway in front of the hotel plus 4 barriers it is very busy and noisy 24/7.if you did want to get to the beach, it is generally unused given its position as it is actually situated in a busy container port. It is NOT nearby as stated the historic centre it is60 minutes walk along walk at a good pace. The only restaurants around are small kiosk type places. To access restaurants it is a 30minute walk at least. At another beach area. We were shocked at its location when we arrived.

There is NO courtyard VIEW. The window opens to elevator shaft and there is very bad smell coming to the room. The room is warnout.

It's pretty central. 2 mins Beach, 7 mins central las palmas/ catlina pk. Quiet hotel.

Nothing really, only minor thing was if you got to breakfast less than a hour before finish, the food didn't get replaced. On Thursday 16th no eggs or bacon put out after. 9.15 am . Just had to take items available
