Great location, clean and stylish hotel/rooms. Comfy bed and pillows. The staff is kind and welcoming. Cozy living area and rooftop, feel free to bring your own meals.

Very nice and newly renovated hotel in a convenient location to beach, shops and the cruise ship harbour. Helpful staff. Compared to many other hotels in the Canary islands this place is very fresh, modern, refurbished and light colours. We would come again. Seeview bakery&cafe just around the corner for breakfast. Bus stops close by, easy and cheap to get around.

Very clean and spacious. The staff was also really friendly.

Even though the rooms are renovated the shower head had some rust.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room

The property was close to the beach, restaurants shops etc. It was comfortable and clean and we did not need to have unnecessary contact with the management unless we had to (check in was done automatically and communication was clear).

The room walls are pretty thin and some guests raised mayhem a few nights at 2 and 6 am. We discussed this with the property management and I understand it's hard when it's a group of men to handle this but I think some solutions can be found.

Everything!! This place was ? amazing. Although it didn't look right at the ocean, it was just a few steps over to the main walk and 1 vlock down to the main beach and all restaurants, bars and shops. Facilities were very stylish and modern with a do it yourself coffee bar and microwave in the lobby for easy use for all guests, while the room has a frigerator for keeping personal items. The room was very comfortable and clean. It was close and easy to all sites walking or the main bus transportation both local or then station close 10 minutes walk to get to and from airport or other parts of the island for very cheap and clean on time travel. Stayed 7 days and saw the whole island without renting a car. This was my favorite spot on the island, and being from Hawaii, it is most comparable. The staff made room check-in easy with code sent right to my phone, and they were often around for wonderful advice and assistance!! I say a 10 all the way around. Great value too,. I will definitely be back??

Just that it is not a beachfront property but not a true complaint because it doesn't say it is just so close to the beach.. Honestly, nothing!

Little complicated to make tea or coffee, always needing to come downstairs, paper cups instead of real ones. For the price a small breakfast would have been nice.

Very nice area downstairs to sit or get some of the free coffee of tea. Rooms were nice and very clean with large bathroom. Location is just one block from the boulevard.

First of all, big compliments to the cleaning staff, who do a fantastic job every day. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The hotel itself is well-maintained as well. The hotel's location is excellent and very close to the beach. While the owner is friendly, he isn't particularly helpful. During our stay, we needed a tool or would have liked a quieter room, but some of our requests went unanswered. Nevertheless, the hotel is nice.

However, the rooms are very poorly soundproofed. When the neighbor sneezes, it feels like they're right next to you in bed. The windows aren't very soundproof either, so street noise can occasionally wake you up.

The staff was helpful and nice, and rooms were neat. Using codes for the door(s) was very convenient. Excellent location next to the boulevard. Overall a very relaxed stay for a long weekend in Las Palmas.

A simple room, but very clean, well appointed and so so close to the beach for the price.

The bed is exceptionally firm. A softer topper option would be useful.

Very pleased with the value of the hotel. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, good shower, two short blocks to the beach, and had a lovely, clean reception room and premises. There was also a small fridge in the room, a kettle on the main floor, and the smart features on the tv worked. I liked that there is no key, so nothing to forget. Rooms cleaned every day with nice decorations, and a little balcony with a drying rack. We had a couple of questions about the room, and the staff responded on what's app almost immediately and attended to our request within hours. Cookies left for us on Christmas Day. Super friendly and helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We were completely happy and would stay here again. One thing to mention would be the sound: traffic can be a bit loud outside, particularly on weekend nights until about 12. But it was not crazy loud. Bring earplugs, and it's fine :) Another thing to mention is that the room is a bit small and there isn't a closet where you can put away your things. But there are hangers and a few drawers, so we managed fine.

Nothing. We just needed a place to sleep for last 2 days but even this we could not do-extremely noisy from the road and especially guests above.

I have chosen this hotel because of all this good reviews and the owner made it a nightmare, threatening and humiliating us. Hope he is proud of himself making me cry on my honeymoon. First, I don’t mind online check in but it didn’t work. So instead of enjoying our honeymoon, we were trying to scan our passports 20 times with the same error. 2. parking is a nightmare there! It’s just non existing except 15/day but it’s also not so easy when you have heavy suite cases. 3. There is no human touch, no receptionist 4. It’s EXTREMELY noisy! My husband did not sleep at all as it’s by the road and also the walls are super thin, we can hear everything above us, every step the guests upstairs made. 5. We arrived super tired after a long trip in traffic from Mogán, spent another half hour to find a parking. No one at the reception, ok. As I requested for the quiet room, we were promised the room on the 3rd flooor but then I see it’s on the second. So I wrote them in what’s up and a man arrived. Super angry!! We said that we been problematic and demanding (what?) and that he proceeds to threaten us to throw us on the street and refund us instead as “he could be now with his grandkids and instead he is dealing with us! “ his exact words!!! Then he started to call the booking.com in front of me. I said, ok we have 2 days left and we want to shower now not to look for another hotel. He keeps blaiming us that it’s only us who can not check in, like this error 404 was our fault! Then that we “ were expecting him” to carry our bags which is a lie , we just asked if there is a place to park to drop off our suite cases. I also sent him a screenshots of all those conversations and did not even get an apology! Screenshot that we never asked him to help with suite cases, we only asked for quiet room as my husband is a sensitive sleeper and it’s our honeymoon and we were promised the room on the 3rd floor. He made it look like we were crazy and demanding, said he never heard of it!

Decent hotel infra, amazing location.

Parking is not available and it is very difficult to park in the las canteras area. Paid parking is 15 euro per day.

The hotel owner, Andrés, was outstanding. When we couldn't get a cab to a concert he drove us to the theater. He allowed us to stay later after our check-out expired. He offered helpful sightseeing tips and was always quick to respond. The hotel is centrally located and is very quiet.

The balcony was a bit small and we would have liked a coffee machine in our room.
