Amazing property. Very traditional with all the modern facilities.

Nothing. The address was slightly off and we had to drive or walk a little bit further down the road.

The property offers easy access to the Las Camteras beach, bars, restauramts and shops, and is located close to a public transport station.

The room was disturbed by noise from adjacent rooms.

Friendly staff In prep for arrival and at welcome. Good location, just a couple of mins walk to Las Canteras beach and very easy access to city center by bus. The recommended parking is also just a couple of mins walk, with special 8 EUR daily rate for the duration of the accommodation. The room and the en-suite bathroom were super spacious and the bed was really comfortable.

The air-conditioning was installed in the room but not working. Instead a standing cooling tower fan was prepared, which was ok, but did not cool as the aircon would have. The cleanliness of the floor and the bathroom was ok, but should have been a bit more thorough.

It’s very close to stores and supermarkets and restaurants/cafes, easy to ride the bus, it’s very close to the bus stops. Beach is a few steps away.

It has a private bathroom.

The position Is excellent, and the hotel was clean, which excuse the price compared to the conditions.

The staff was not present at the reception most of the time and communication is limited to WhatsApp. One evening the entrance doors broke down (not recognizing both the magnetic card nor the code), I was stuck outside for almost two hours without the possibility to reach for assistance: messages on WhatsApp were not being delivered and the phone number was not available. Another client soon tried to enter as well, and we were both together for most of the time. We only managed to get inside thanks to a guest who opened the door from inside. We received very quick excuses and only the next day (the messages were still not delivered on WhatsApp until the morning). Also, I have booked a room with a view to the internal garden, but I was assigned a room to the street. Normally I wouldn't have minded but the street was extremely loud, especially in the very early mornings, I would really not recommend it. I have asked to have my room changed to the one I have booked but the reply was very slow and I was asked to come back to pack my things in the middle of the day. The change of the room was only possible in very specific moments, which were not convenient for me, so I decided not to anymore since I was preferring enjoy the day trips I planned instead.

There were only 2 sachets of coffee and very few tea bags, that could be improved and maybe a bottle of water in the fridge. One of the windows was stuck and the other would not lock.

Street outside quite busy and noisy. Also noticed some work within the hotel getting done , so that's some extra noise, but I think it is understandable as it's February so not quite the season yet ?

Very close to Canteras Beach. True to descriptions on booking.com. Staff in reception very helpful and friendly. Secret cocktail bar on the roof!

Lift was out of order. I didn't mind because I don't like lifts, but I know some guests found it hard.

Sérül, we came back to the hotel around 00:30.. the elevator was out of order, we tried to call the hotel, because there is no reception, and there was no available stairs, but I could reach them until 02:30.. luckily after we called the police station we were able to go inside but without electricity and contact with the “available” owner. In the morning there was also no electric, we couldn’t take a shower.. they didn’t say at all sorry or something.. so we paid 100 euros for the night, of course without sleep and shower .. so please don’t go there if you want to enjoy your stay choose another hotel.. shame on u

The location of the hotel: Too noisy as it's close to high street. You hear the cars drive by.

The bedsheets and the room were clean. We got a present of one free beerNice terrace on the rooftop. Price = quality It takes less than 5 mins to get to the beach :)There is a market and a lot of cafes nearby

There were fingerprints on the walls, and it would be nice to make some repairs. There also was a noise from the corridor and the elevator

Location and good sized room. Staff friendly. Good sound insulation, especially from window.

Sink did not have hot water. Shower was a good temperature but slight problem with drainage from shower.

Complicated and time-consuming check-in. Very noisy area and the walls are made of paper. I could here everything that was going on in the other rooms. The AC didn’t work and the air was humid. Cold water in the shower. In the evening, the fire alarm went off for over an hour. There were no one coming, not even the staff. We tried to call the staff several times with no answers. Finally they came and turned it off. What if it really was a fire? I didn’t feel safe in this hotel at all. In the middle of the night, someone started to play really loud music. There were no chance of sleeping. I thought this is it, and booked a new hotel in the same street and had a really good sleep in the end.

The place was spotless..... excellent cleaning staff.

I won't waste too much emotional energy on this review, but...........There was no hot water in the sink.....which is a basic teitary requirement. The fire alarm went off twice during a 24 HR stay. At 9pm, on the second occasion of alarm activating.....there was nobody manning the reception.....a Norwegian lass endeavoured to call the manager's of the facility twice over a 20 minute period and he replied by text and turned up at the property 50 minutes later!!! Jaysus.....god help the guests.....what with, no clear evacuation plan in place. It's a death trap under the current arrangements and the fire-department and municipal authorities should close the hotel under further notice, until clear safety issues are resolved! We then, had an impromptu disco, in a nearby room, on the 5th floor and the roof-top patio. I didn't think much of their taste in music (the DJ should be shot). After much prompting from fellow guests, which were ignored....the manager turned up 40 minutes later and we finally managed to settle down for the night. You cannot safely manage a hotel using remote devices i.e. digital cameras, to monitor unfolding events. It's a basic health and safety issue. The ventilation wasn't that great and the pretty up-scale air conditioning system was turned off on purpose..... obviously to save money as l imagine is the case with the lack of hot water in the sinks. I will make a minor concession though.....the rooms were spotless and the cleaning ladies a delight and furthermore, we are allowed to leave our bags at the facility after we checked out.

Closeness to the city center, a relatively cheap parking garage just around the corner.

No windows to see the outside world, but that is expected in such a busy area.

the worst stay for a very long time

my room had no hot water in the hand basin there were 3 holes in the ceiling in the corridor outside our room.. the air conditioner was not connected. the room was unbearably hot. there was no one on reception.

Very central, close to the beach and walking distance to all amenities, the downside is naturally a lot of noise from the street. There is a cozy cafe next door with delicious breakfast and coffee. Very friendly, service minded staff.
