Location is good

Very basic rooms. Beds and washroom. No complementary tea or even water.

Spoiler alert: photos do not represent the reality of the room.We had the WORST experience ever. Smell of cigarettes everywhere in the building - people are clearly smoking in their rooms - and, even worse, we found coackroaches and their excrements in the bathroom. We informed the staff about the potential linked health issues, and they downplayed it, singing "La cucaracha". They offered us to move to a different room, but decided not to spend the night there, due to the unacceptable hygene conditions, and we paid for a room in an hotel nearby.Worse, we demanded for full refund, but unfortunately Booking.com cannot get hold of the hotel personnel, therefore it was not possible to get it.Do yourself a favour and DO NOT GO THERE.Final note: I wish Booking.com had more power on the associated structures...this is definetly a scam.

2 star hotel, over priced! Wrong advertising!

We were not provided the room in the picture. There was no blanket provided. We arrived midnight and crashed had no power to go back to reception.

The stuff members are lovely. The bathrooms are clean.

We hab a problem with our bed, it was broken. They upgrated us to a bigger room with balcony, without any problems. The rooms could use a renovation soon. Furniture is quite old and there are no shelfs to put things. For the price it's ok but still not the loveliest place. Also the cover blanket of the bed was dirty.

It was the cheapest accommodation option 'private room with private bathroom', so I didn't expect anything special. The equipment was old, but that didn't matter, the room - floors and furniture and bathroom were clean.You can walk to the city center and the beach in 15 minutes, and there is a shopping center right across the street.

My room had a glazed balcony, which had dirty glass and stains on the curtains, which really spoiled the impression, the curtains were also not hung properly. The two wall lights in the room lacked protective glass, there were only light bulbs. If the room had been given more care, it could have been much better.

the staff were great, really pleasant and happy to help. they had an area to store our cases before we could access our room, booked us a taxi for the following day and gave us what info they had on the bus strikes that were happening while we were there.

it is basic but that's what we expected when we booked, you can hear a lot going on while in your room but it didn't bother us too much

The whole place was very clean and tidy, cleaned daily and fresh white towels everyday. Perfect location as it's close to all the shops and restaurants. Lovely and helpful staff. Thank you so much for all the help.

No AC and no wifi access in the room (temporary).

Location is great, quiet and peaceful, great terrace, comfortable beds and great showers!

If the door shuts behind you with the key inside…you can’t enter, this might be a thing to address.

They been doing renovation, I had no clue about that cause I been just coming for the nights. Unfortunately when my fiance get out from hospital we stayed there during the day and there was really noisy and dusty. And actually after a surgery he shouldn’t stay with dust.
