I liked the staff’s friendliness, the personal touch and most importantly how structured the operations were

I stayed at the hotel duomo for work with my colleague. Despite our very late arrival, we received a warm welcome. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast buffet is very good and varied with dishes from different regions. If you like Asian dishes, you'll love it! The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel 100%!

There are two sides to the building, if you are sensitive to the car noise that starts in the morning, ask for a room at the back.

I recently stayed at Hotel Duomo in Kampala and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable environment. The staff, including the owner, Mr. Lee, were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel at home. I particularly enjoyed the lovely pool and well-maintained garden, which offered a relaxing atmosphere. The roads leading to the hotel are not in great condition due to the red dirt, which can be inconvenient, especially in rainy weather.

I like the food especially the Korean food, the staff were friendly and nice. There's a mini fridge with cups and a kettle. Strong wi-fi. Most importantly it is air-conditioned. .

TV channel limited. No movie channel.

Hotel is ideally located, and rooms are very clean, and the hotel staff is also very polite and helpful.

My stay was very pleasant. Staff and owners were very nice and friendly. It felt like being home. The diners in the restaurant were very good.

The bed was not very comfortable (very hard) and I missed a reading light at the bed. Coffee at breakfast could have been better.

The room was beautiful, spacious, with good facilities such as a fridge and a hairdryer. They has great ecofriendly hot water solution. The breakfast was excellent.

The hospitality of the place is really great one, the gym, swimming pool, restaurant and the safety is really greatThe hospitality is in par with international standards.

First of all i want to thank the owner ,his family and his staff, it was a safe havean in Kampala and i would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a quite beautiful safe place to stay in Kampala

The only thing the breakfast should include pancake ,some cheese variety,some eggs .

We arrived late in the evening after a long day in the car. We were greeted by staff the moment we stepped on the property. They gave us a tour, and brought us what we needed to get settled…extra towels, and iron. The restaurant stayed open and the food is divine. The next day the owner introduced himself and personally checked that all was well. The pool is beautiful and you can eat poolside.

The staff was very kind and helpful. We also enjoyed the pool, the restaurant and everything. It was a very nice hotel for us, and we would love to come back.

It is not a big thing, but the aircondition didn't work. We got another cooler instead of that, but it made so much noise that we couldn't use it.
