Always clean and love the breakfast

Housekeeping staff always knocked on our door extremely early, disturbing our sleep to clean the room. Considering we would still be tired from the previous night, this was quite inconvenient. Perhaps they could coordinate with the restaurant to know which rooms are scheduled for breakfast and prioritize cleaning rooms without disturbing guests who are asleep

Food was excellent, and the view off the balcony was nice.

The room phone kept having problems. The bed was a little hard and the blankets were extremely heavy. The mini fridge didnt work either.

The staff were great.I liked the rooms, clean airy spacious.The bed and sheets were very comfortable.They also provide a fruit bowl each day (apple, orange & banana).The hotel is in a good location and was able to walk to various offices I needed to visit.

The food.I ordered room service twice.Both were below my expectations. I ordered chips and sausages; the chips were over cooked (browned) on the outside but not so well cooked on the inside- the oil may have been too hot.Brownies, served with hot chocolate (this is a bit misleading, since the brownies comes with a cold chocolate melt on top...... not hot cup of chocolate.)They did not pick me up at the airport as I had requested. I had to take a taxi.

1 night stay and was forced not to extend my stay, but try another hotel…

I was disappointed. Booked in has very nice images, but the hotel is totally different. Very small swimming pool…I was given a room on 2nd floor facing the street with a lot of noice, then in the evening, the loud music band in the bar below could not allow a comfort sleep. The Internet went off for hours and no one turned up…in the restaurant every order went with an inquiry to see if the meal was available…why on the menu then … i don’t ??? Staff all seemed confused…

The cleaning staff were excellent. The reception crew were welcoming.

Service can be painfully slow. I made a request for some items from laundry and it took forever. Limiting the use of electronic devices to 3 was unnecessary and clumsy for such an establishment when there are two guests in one room with a mobile phone and a laptop, each. The gym looked dated and some equipment was not operational but it’s a great size.

Only one elevator was workingWay of taking feedback,everyday evening by using calling bell untill we came out.

The room was very comfortable, good facilities and the location is great.

The room is very clean and the bed very comfortable. Good shower, toiletries and towels. It's a high quality hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The airport pick up works very well.

The gym is a bit small and could use with an upgrade. The food in the restaurant is good, but quite expensive.

Nice hotel, well located. Staff was nice and the bedroom, bathroom and common areas were clean. Overall, a very nice place to stay in!

Rooftop area should be used in a more relevant and active manner.

Very spacious clean bedroom and bathroom. The staff was attentive and all amenities were available. The hotel overall looks very nice and I felt welcome.

The a/c did not work properly in my room the first night. It was fixed the next night after I mentioned it, however the issue came back on the third night.

The room had no warm shower. No technical team came to assist despite the 2 promises made

I had a wonderful stay at Golden Tulip. It's in a really handy spot, easy to get to everything. The staff were so nice, always smiling and helping out. The breakfast was amazing, lots of fresh, tasty food. Everything was super clean too. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a friendly, clean spot in a great location with a top-notch breakfast. It's fantastic!

Not much, the gym is a bit small, but it worked.

We booked for 2 people but all the items were only for one person from the sandals, to the sleeping coats

the hot water tap in the sink did not work, which is a bit of a problem for such a high end hotel. I reported this to staff but it was never fixed. I was only there for 2 nights though and the room was otherwise good

The rooms were comfortable in their design. And I had a couple of great massages.

The manager twice tried to take advantage of me, financially charging me too much. When I confronted me backed off. Then he charged me too much in the end after all.

The location, facilities and the ambiance were tops. Also, I was allowed a 2pm check out..?
