The hotel is safe, large suites, comfortable beds and helpful staff. There is a great restaurant nearby.

The kitchen is empty with just a kettle and fridge. No plates, cutlery, microwave or washing up liquid.Air conditioning sometimes works. Street noise from early hours. Breakfast is a very poor offering. Very limited toiletries.

The property does not match the picture; the materials are outdated and not clean.

The staff were great. It was hot and our air conditioning wasn't working and they quickly found us an alternative room.

The building is a bit run down and needs better maintenance. One of our showers didn't work and the security latch on the doors didn't close properly.

It's quiet, very comfortable, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. The pool is a bonus!

It would be great if there was a simple bar and snacks place on site. Rooms could do with a bit of freshening up and it would be good to have basic cutlery and dishes in the shelves for longer term stay.

ONLY the position worth the incredible high price of the hotel… the rest not good for the money paid.

A really nightmare with airport shuttle, DON’T TRUST THEM! The driver took another road to go to the airport without any reason, he asked me more money during the trip and in the middle of nothing he stop the car saying that it was not working and he was calling a friend to take me… I step out and went with a motorcycle asking for help in the middle of the road, you can imagine the pain and scared situation.

This is my second time staying here. Dennis the front office manager is fabulous. His customer service continues to always exceed my expectations. The breakfast was excellent.

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

Having breakfast at the the hotel was one of the high lights of my stay there . The variety of fresh fruits , juices and the menu was a treat to behold. The Chef was very professional and she described each dish that was new to us.My Wife and I thoroughly our daily breakfast during the course of our stay.

This is a very centrally located place, staff are friendly and helpful, the pool is always accessible, and the room (suite) was superbly spacious. Also, their breakfast potatoes-with-grilled bell peppers are tasty.

Staff are not always around, which can give the impression that security could be lax. A friend (who is with the police) assured me that the location is excessively secure anyway, though.

The breakfast is good. Value for money. It is very near with the city center and easy to commute with shopping malls and markets.

The hotel was very dated. The exterior and interior needs a lot of work. There were sockets hanging off the walls in the accommodation. There is no restaurant so you can only get a takeaway. The wifi was very very poor. The pool was very dated and didn't look inviting. Breakfast was very basic.

Brian and Dennis were very helpful and made the most of constrained resources and dates property.

The location is very good and gives access to most businesses centers.

A bit of an odd Hotel but good, central location. Opposite a bakery which is nice for meetings or get dinner even delivered to the hotel if needed.It's luckily not noisy during the nights, just the traffic from the road when it picks up in the morning.Very friendly and helpful staff.More or less value for money, especially if you get a good deal, given the high hotel prices in Kampala in general.

Rooms are generally ok, could do with some brush up here and there.

Too cold rooms... The floor could do with something warm especially the floor. I think it is a little overpriced
