Some restaurant folks were wonderful and service minded, swimming pool area really good, garden area beautiful

Wifi terrible, many different substations, passwords, uncovered areas within premises, bandwidth capacity really low that it was better often use 4G. Continuous battle to have towels available in the room.

Swimming Pool and restaurant are very nice. Also pleasant garden.

Limited opening times swimming pool

The only positive feedback I can give is the staff working at the restaurant. Especially the gentlemen working there in the evenings. Very polite and so helpful! If all were like him.

The lady at the reception was extremely sour and in a bad mood. She was working on all days we stayed and as I don't remember her name she was the one at the reception on the morning of Thursday 17th of August. Very bad customer service and don't understand why you have someone like her at the reception greeting your customers. In addition to her, the lady working at the gym on the evening of Tuesday 15th was also extremely unpolite. I never complain nor write these reviews but she was very unprofessional and with a bad attitude. Again why do you have these people working with your customers when they are like these women?

The compound

The lockers at the room are very old, the internet is very bad keeps on and off. They have good swimming pool but its not open at early morning and evening.

Too much noise loud music from the restaurant is very irritating

The excellent service delivered by every single member of staff. The atmosphere is so relaxed, the scenery by the pool is amazing. Everyone so friendly and quick to help. really this is one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in especially on the continent of Africa.

There was nothing to dislike sincerely

Breakfast was just ok.

The place is too noisy. They do not have sound proof event areas, so every sundays and thursdays there is a loud church service and the area becomes too overcrowded. They signed long-term contract with the church so it is not a nice place to stay. Thursday the church service started at 4pm already while we were still working and we couldn't take or make calls due to noice.

Breakfast was great but more time to be added in for the people who are on holiday not to miss out cause no one wants to rush out of bed . at least to be closed at 11.00 not 10.00 am.

Great hotel but a lot of noise especially during weekend then week days when church services are going on you can not seem to relax. I Think guests should be considered as well.

Big hotel with a nice set up of the rooms with privacy and like small apartments, super comfortable and clean! good service, nice garden a pool several options for dinner as lunch in the same premises

Staff making noise early in the morning outside our room

Good breakfast, big clean rooms , comfortable bed. Staff in restaurant is helpful and friendly. Hot water.

Reception desk is not so welcoming or friendly. Rooms locker didn't work. Even after complaining at front desk no response. No universal switch. Front desk is not so cooperative. Rooms are big but old but are mentained. Lights in room is not sufficient. Laundry is very expensive.

1- City Center , Old Property, rooms were clean , Breakfast was OK . Staff is professional , Wifi is good , GYM is super , has 2 x swimming pools , Sauna & Steam .

Wedding, Graduation ceremonies, Church meetings , too close to the road too many distractions & disturbances happening all the time .

Friendly and helpful people, good food, very nice swimming pool, value for money

Everything. The location of the hotel was good, the room was large and contained everything needed - air conditioner, refrigerator, safe. Large shower and toilet, the water flow was strong and there was hot water all the time. Good and big swimming pool, the food was very tasty. The staff were just superb - all the kitchen staff were excellent, the receptionists and especially Daniel were very nice and always happy to help. The cleanliness of the rooms was very good, the laundry services were good and efficient, the bar in the evening was good. To sum up, this is one of the hotels that I really enjoyed staying there.

Everything was perfect. There was nothing I did not like.

Patchy Wi-Fi, small bed for my height (could fit diagonally though ??)

Cleanliness and comfort...enough choice for food and drinks.

-Barbeque closed early -TV is majorly limited to Indian channels, wish there was more freedom.

The staff don't care about their customers and one of the security guard was rude to us,The entrance to our room was dirty and full of water.

the breakfast buffet is good .the staff is friendly and the service is good. the Rooms are good (africa) . I recommend
