Quiet, privacy, room size.

Housekeeping did not always replenish soap and on one occasion toilet and bathroom floor seemed not to have been cleaned. I did not like the mattress pad under the sheets which did not fit the full length of the bed. Poor internet connection.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The pictures of the hotel did not match. I was expecting something better.

An oasis in busy Kampala, the facilities are pristine, the restaurant is nice and if that closes when you get back there’s a 24 hr restaurant walking distance from the hotel

The TVs and phone were not working when I visited

The location was nice, a bit of noise from the near by construction going on but peaceful at night. The hotel was decent, the room was comfy with a nice ambience, a nice garden view from my window and very helpful staff; Phionah at the front desk was great. The shower was very good; nice strong pressure and there was always hot water. The breakfast though complimentary, needs improvement; not too much variety but good spread of fruits but lunch was better as it was A la carte.

Wifi was FREE but very unstable; Though, after much complaint, it improved but still unstable occasionally. The Air Condition occasionally trips off at night, but the chill at night was more than sufficient, so didn't really bother. The towels need changing; they are old and worn out. Calling it a resort is kind of a contradiction, hotel or boutique hotel is more appropriate.

The staff are lovely and very helpful. The whole spot has such a cute little vibe. A nice little peaceful spot in the middle of Kampala chaos. Also very centrally located

The staff (Gracious and Co.) and the location were great. The room was spacious and the lounge above the restaurant is a good space to read a book or catch-up with emails.

The food menu was limited and the rooms could use: a smart tv and, nets behind the curtains to provide privacy when the curtains are opened

The staff are so wonderful and friendly. Great atmosphere, free from the noise of Kampala

I have been staying here repeatedly. Staff are friendly and helpful. I enjoy the pool, the ambience (quiet, with a nice look over the valley) and it is very centrally located.

I find the breakfast a bit pricey, though innovative (e. g. avocado) there could be a degree of flexibility of combination.

An oasis of tranquility yet centrally located. Food very good (breakfast and dinner).

Water pressure in the area does vary a bit. Not sure that the venue can control that. Wifi was OK but a bit slow at times.

The property is clean, the rooms are comfortable and a relaxing getaway from the hustle after a day working. The staff are very attentive, polite and happy to help.

Unfortunately some of the amenities are basic. The gym is fit for purpose but the swimming pool is unusable. The water looked stagnant and dirty. The restaurant is also quite expensive and the food is average at best. We hoped to eat in every night to avoid having to go out after returning from work but that wasn’t possible- we had to find good, cheaper local alternatives

The property is quite close to the golf course and in the centre of town accessible to banking centres and commercial centres and main roads to Entebbe. I liked the quietness and tranquility of the place and the friendliness of the manager Dumi.

The menu is very healthy but a bit limited. Some traditional Ugandan food would have been welcome. Also the wine selection could be expanded but this is said as a Cape Townian.

From the time I walked into reception to the time I left, everything was EXCELLENT! Mr Dubé and his team (Willis, Catherine, Ronald, Ivan, Phiona) can’t do enough for you x

The decor, the food, the customer service

The location is good. The design of the hotel is very good. Cleanliness is top.

Quite a lot to improve. 1. Provide sandles and bathrooms 2. The kitchen closes early. 3. Improve breakfast menu. 4. Provide day curtains in the rooms, otherwise there’s no privacy. 5. Some basic renovations is needed, cracks in the rooms, broken lights.

Sound insulation needs to be improved. Noise from corridors can be heard so clearly

Warm and friendly atmosphere as well as the cozy environment. The staff are extremely friendly (I was even able to get a late night snack on arrival after a very long flight)

A bit more choices for the breakfast buffet
