Their warm and welcoming attitude allowed me to feel comfortable and at ease throughout my stay.Facilities & Maintenance:The entire hotel was immaculately maintained, and my room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Even during a long stay, the environment remained consistently clean, comfortable, and pleasant, which I greatly appreciated.Breakfast:Breakfast was always delicious. In particular, the fresh fruits and vegetables from Uganda were a highlight. The coffee was also excellent. Location:Located in Kabalagala, the hotel offers convenience with easy access to the city center, while still providing a quiet and peaceful environment. I found it to be an ideal location for both business and leisure.Safety & Comfort:I always felt completely safe during my stay, thanks to the well-organized security. The hotel also arranged airport transfers promptly, which was a great help and gave me peace of mind.Internet:The Wi-Fi connection was stable and reliable, which made it convenient for both work and personal use. Overall:Each member of the staff approaches their work with dedication and sincerity, and their warm hospitality made my days in Uganda truly fulfilling.
