During check in they gave us juice and somewhere to sit which was very thoughtful. The hotel was clean and clam and quiet, great food and service. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They decorated our room with rose petals and it looked so romantic. We were so happy. We watched movies on Netflix, ordered wine to the room. We had a lovely breakfast that also included local foods. We had AC in the room which was really handy. The pillows were so soft. We had a great time staying here.
The staff at Zara gardens are second to none! Thank you Sharon and Natasha and Josephine and many more who made our stay feel soo comfortable. Cleanliness was domes well.
The only downside was the AC wasn’t working that well and when we ordered the fans we didn’t get them. Otherwise management is very good!
Excellent premises and value for money. The rooftop place was just amazing and quite relaxing despite my busy schedule. Ever-smiling friendly staff and always ready to help. The balcony in my room was just exceptional. Will recommend to anyone who is looking for value for money and adventure.
Can add some local Ugandan foods to the restaurant menu on the ground floor to spice up the continental setting.
