It's an amazing place to take your spouse for a staycation. It's so relaxing; the environment is quiet, and the staff are ready to assist you in everything. I was assigned a personal butler. Sandra was amazing. A big shout-out to all the staff, but Sandra made my stay with my wife so pleasant. I will definitely book and go back to Divine Resort for my next vacation in Uganda. The place is 9/10 for sure. It's expensive but worth every penny.

I did not get the deep tissue massage. Was told some oil was not available but all in all the scrub was also perfect

The food was great ,customer service was excellent. The surrounding was romantic and ideal for pictures.we were at the resort for our wedding Anniversary which went very well ,everyone made us feel like royalty especially Kenneth.Right from beach house,Alfred rendered exceptional service,to the boat man to the receptionists, Andrew and all other staff we werent able to remember names,not forgetting kenneth that was keen to every detail and made our stay very smooth and memorable....we can boldly say we felt the vale for money and will come again.

The availability on booking.com is inconsistent. The business doesn’t accurately update it’s availability on this site like some other businesses do.

I liked the location

The communication is very poor. We booked two rooms and we were told they were fully booked after the reservations and could only give us one room. They said all their 7 rooms were booked directly meaning booking.com isn’t given accurate information.

The hospitality from everyone was amazing.From the moment we arrived till we left the premises, everyone made our accommodation unforgettable. The resort is located in a great place. The rooms are luxurious, and the food is very good. A peaceful and romantic place.

TVs added in all rooms could be well appreciated. The activity equipments could be well serviced/checked b4 given to the customers xx

The location is perfect, rooms were clean, tidy and comfortable. A crib was provided for the baby. The team were friendly. The ambiance was perfect.

Compared to other similar places, I think the place is over priced for what you get. It’s advertised as a spa but all it has is a sauna. Most of the options on the menu were not available, and those that were available were not tasty apart from the fish. Service is too slow, on average, drinks came over 20 to 30 minutes after the food is served. The breakfast could have been better, not sure where they get the sausages from but they tasted awful. Romantic drama movie night was actually an action movie with no sound. Privacy could have been better. Many people came in to take pictures, some distracting a couples romantic dinner. Perhaps it should be controlled for all to enjoy the place.
