The staff are amazing very warm and welcoming I had actually been there about 4 years ago and the manager remembered me and my son even asked about my husband who is not with us this time. They truly make you feel at home and welcomed thank you all for enjoyable stay and for your care and concern.

The staff is very friendly and forthcoming. The hotel and the facilities are really clean and in good condition.

As a tall person the beds might be a bit short.

The staff was very nice and helpful.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Martin and his team are very nice, friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to get to know them.The room was very clean, hot shower and great breakfast with fresh coffee, eggs, pancakes.We would definitely come back again.Thank you very much, Martin!

The location was good for centre of town access and the pricing was value for money

The WIFI was NOT consistent, Serious mosquitoe and Cockroach issue, Hot water NOT enough for two in the morning

Poor breakfast, poor location and no airport shuttle has claimed by the hotel.

as for breakfast, you need a little more variation. no choice, the buffet is meager.a variety of tea for example, cheese, different types of bread, why not homemade bread? cornflakes, honey, being in Africa, we can offer juices of different types of fruits.

All is well as it is. You also have to take into account the ratio price-quality . we are not going to ask a structure that offers you accommodation at this price the provide thé impossible

I was robbed in this hotel. I left my room locked and when I returned my laptop, expensive camera cash and other items where missing. Some of my things where discovered in the room across the hall but the hotel did not keep proper records of that guest. No CCTV. When I reported the incident that night manager just scoffed and refused to help me or even call the police. On top of that there was a noisy church next door carrying on all night and I got no sleep at all! What a horrible experience.

I choose for that hotel because it said from booking.com that it have airconditioning and bathtub, the staff made a mistake but i felt sad paying 30dollars for nothing because the room didn't had bathtub and airconditioning at all..I ask them if they want to compensate me for it but they couldnt
