Mestil Hotel & Residences

Lovely hotel with great facilities including pool and fitness center.

Location does not allow walking to restaurants or other places.

The hotel itself is excellent, I enjoyed my stay. However my trip got cut short and had to return 2 days early. I spoke to the front desk they adjusted my stay, $400 was supposed to be credited back to may account. Despite numerous calls and promises of refund I haven't received my credit back.

I have been in contact with the hotel manager Ann who has been promising to credit my account back so far nothing has happened its over 3 weeks since my travel. If they can help track down my refund. Thank you

The staff was amazing, prompt with all service, Patrick at the front desk was amazing, answered all our questions and offered solutions when needed promptly.

Very polite, friendly and attentive staff. Most destinations are easily accessed from its central location.

Slight hiccup with checking into our 2-bedroom apartment as my brother and I arrived at different times.

Staff facilities room

The size and facilities in the room

Had to call for more towels, bathrobe etc

The Food was super Good ,

It is sooo Clean and beds are very Comfortable ?

The comfort and access to resources was great.

Getting to the hotel and the main reception is the abit tricky. The penthouse floor looked clean but it was actually dirty. The bathroom had a really strong stench but the staff were always on standby to sort any issues.

Very nice place , staff were very nice, very clean, I would recommend this place

Tv not working in Bedroom but not end of the world..

The surrounding locations were a bit scary. Not a good walking score. The Mall is within walking distance, but you have to walk thru less favorable areas to get to the mall. Greatfull that our stay was uneventful. LOVELY property

There was no free shuttle to the Mall, so that you dont have to wall thru the less than desirable areas. The people from the surrounding areas coming thru the bushes, onto the road to Mestil, was scary at first. But as we continued to walk, no one bothered us.

Very clean and cozy place, great staff, its a very nice compound / hotel, food is great, room is big with full modern appliances

Location was near to town and a huge mall . Also easy to get to the airport

The location was great! The rooms were clean and spacious. The facilities were nice and enjoyable:) Breakfast is good. Gym is great!

The rooms were clean but needed updates. They had to shift us after our room flooded late at night and no accommodation for it flooding. The second room was nice but somethings were broken or did not close or kept closing like the bedroom door. The spa is over priced for the experience you get it felt rushed and lacking experience and resources.

It was very clean and nicely decorated for Christmas. The reception staff and support staff as well as restaurant staff were so kind and helpful . My children didn’t want to leave and wished we could have stayed longer ?

Safe, clean, quality customer service, great interior design

For my personal opinion, this is one of the best hotels in Africa. Staff, breakfast, cleanliness - everything is at the highest level

Great relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of Kampala but close enough to various locations. Beautifull environment and a massive room which feels more like a studio home than a hotel room

the building and the facilities are very nice. Breakfast was delicious and they have good coffee as well

the description of the rooms on Booking didn't match the reality which caused us some trouble since the booking I made from Booking.com was different from the booking the hotel got .The manager kindly provided for what we booked without extra charges

Breakfast was delicious ?, staff was very caring. Rooms are spacious and clean ?.

It was quiet and breakfast was good.

The bathroom drainage was bad and the TV a little old-school.
