Cons -

We checked in late an hour before we arrived, I tried to cancel it because I found out they don't have a kitchen, but I couldn't and we stayed overnight, we paid in cash without a receipt from them. It was cold, we asked by writing to the owners for an extra blanket or a remote for the air conditioner, but they didn't respond. We slept with our clothes on to keep warm. I guess it's nice in the summer, but don't go in the winter if you don't have warm clothes. If you can't service your property in the winter, don't list it on booking.com.
