Wonderful room, beautiful hotel.

Not many options for food at the hotel. A shame that the restaurant Testaduro downstairs closes at 5pm. There are restaurants outside, but not at the hotel.

Great place and location

Vulcano Restaurant on the top floor has music way too loud even at breakfast. I have told them in several occasions and they say there is nothing they can do

Rooms were ok

Lack of 24/7 room service. Very bad internet. Personal not very helpful (they did not care)

I liked the high tech in the rooms and the quality and how hospitable the staff is

I understand keeping a good scent is important but a times it felt to strong

The bathroom it is very uncomfortable, especially the water coming out of the shower and a little difficult to turn on the water

The staff were very lovely. The view was fantastic. The room looked great and was very clean.

The room is supposedly soundproof but I could hear other people talking. The doors slam very loudly. And there were fireworks going off (Christmas Eve) from 8pm until 3am. The temperature control didn't work very well. It was too hot. The shower took several minutes to get hot. The mattress was very squishy. I stayed last year and did not have this experience. Everything was fine last year.

Very nice hotel, big rooms with huge windows. Comfortable beds.

In the morning it was problem with hot water in shower. In one day I hadn't time to wait for hot water, in the second - water started to be hot after few minutes.

The location was great but difficult to get to when first arriving from the highway. The hotel was beautifully appointed and the room was elegant. BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING!!! The restaurants were wonderful. The staff was excellent and very helpful. This hotel had many good qualities and we were very impressed for the most part. And if you don't have transportation, you can get everything at the hotel and the surrounding places. It's also very close to an elegant mall.

Everything was excellent except for the Wi Fi which was horrible! I had meetings via Zoom and I couldn't even connect with a steady signal much less hold a meeting. The signal kept dropping. There was a lot of perfume in the hotel so if you're sensitive to fragrances this is a tough spot. Colombia is big on perfuming things!

The whole stay was amazing. The beds SO COMFY. The room was super spacious. Very high tech with their house keeping options.

The remote for the window shade could be placed in a different spot. Took a little while to find it.

The restaurant played music until 4am and even though we were on the third floor the bass of the music vibrated the room. We only were able to sleep for a couple of hours. The cost of the breakfast buffet on the top floor for two people was $200,000 or about $50 dollars which is insanely expensive for a breakfast right now in Colombia. Especially since the food was very basic and not very good.

Rooms

The service does not meet the price. Not only they didn’t included breakfast for a high cost but they don’t have room service although they offer it on the room. The mini bar it’s extremely expensive, a bottle of water is 10x the real cost.

Perfect location if you have plans in Cajica or Chia. There are also plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in the same area of the hotel. There is a barber shop only business missing is a women hair saloon.

Modern style rooms

No room service for breakfast, they didn't take into account the upgrade promised on booking.co m, room was pretty cold even with the AC set to heat
