- WORKERS MUST BE TRAINED ON HOW TO ADDRESS CLIENTS , IF YOU WANT TO CALL SOMEONE BY SURNAME, THERE MUST BE A TITLE OR ELSE CALL THEM BY GIVEN NAME INCASE ONE PREFERS IT CASUAL .
