The hotel was right by the station, very convenient. Room was clean and amenities provided were nice.

Super close to Kyoto station and Bus stop for airport. I like big bath.Bed was comfortable. Easy checkin and out. You cannot beat that price.

Room is small. Trash bin is really small. Other than that I have no complains this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is just in front of the Kyoto Station where the Shinkansen track is. Very convenient if you are traveling. The amenities are superb. They don't clean everyday but you can request. Just inform them before 10AM. Staff are courteous and helpful. The bed is comfortable. You can also borrow a different pillow if you need to. There's a public bath but we haven't tried it. You can leave your luggage after checkout. Everything is almost free! We highly recommend. Worth every penny. Thank you for a lovely stay. The location was great. Its across the street from the train station and shopping center. Breakfast was always fresh and alot of options to select from. I also like that there is a laundry room.

No english TV channels. I get it, we are in japan and I respect that. My stay is still a 10/10 but if you're inquiring what would have made it more comfortable. That will be turing the TV on after a long day of walking and watching something I can understand while I winding down.

Location is great. Love the self-service luggage storage area. Breakfast was good. Pillow bar was a nice feature, but I was surprised that I actually preferred the pillow already in the room.

Towels are a bit small. Difficult to open large suitcases in the room, but not a problem for me.

Great location, just across the street from Kyoto Station.The breakfast is very rich, with many choices.The Spa offers extra value.

Very strategic location, as accessible to everywhere with public transport (train, bus or taxi). Easy to get food too, with various eateries both on ground and under ground.

Ya, it'll be even better if the room size be bit more space.

Great hotel with a modern design with a perfect location right next to Kyoto train station. They offer a public bath, which is really nice as well. Great attitude from the staff, they can help out with the luggage forwarding service, which has a self-service machine next to the reception. The luggage can be left securely at the reception before check-in/after check-out.

The location. The staff was helpful. The free blue popsicle was wonderful. The bed was big.

There were pillows of various sizes and textures in the lobby, stored in a designated cabinet that guests could take themselves on a first-come, first-served basis. The problem was that once the pillows ran out and you didn’t manage to get one, the hotel didn’t have any additional pillows. We are used to having many pillows, so it was very difficult for us at first until some became available after two nights. In my opinion, a hotel should be able to provide pillows for all guests.

Amazing location right outside the station. 2 minute walk from the Shinkansen tracks. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly. Small but comfortable room with all the amenities you could want.

The room had a somewhat unpleasant stuffy smell that you would notice every time you walk in. You would get used to it after a few min.

Staff was impolite. Room was extremely small. Check Out time at 10:09 is too early. Need to pay extra for late check out

location was so helpful! staff were very kind. very comfortable room and bed. a cool view looking over the bus loop, good people watching. a bit dated but still felt like a classic nice hotel.

i found someone else’s hair in the shower, such a small thing was probably missed on a wipe down but was very clean otherwise.

Walking distance to transit stations, close your convenience stores, double room was larger than others in Tokyo, staff was helpful

The breakfast buffet, which was included in the price we paid, was excellent. The location, just across the street from Kyoto Station, couldn't have been better. The room was very nice and comfortable overall. The staff were very helpful and able to deal with English speaking guests. The spa rooms were enjoyable too.

The bed was a little too firm, not the greatest, but we have found this to be fairly typical of hotels in Japan. Let's call the bed "acceptable."

The location is super convenient since it's literally right across the street from the south exit of Kyoto Station, literally less than three minutes away. I will say the bed was also super comfortable and the size of the room was rather nice. I also partook in the hot spring within the hotel and found it to be super well maintained and comfortable.
