Pleasant stay. We love the overall atmosphere, room space, location very much.
Staff was very friendly and the rooms were really clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was amazing and we loved the vibe of it. Breakfast was really good too. Really close to so many shops as well!
It was a bit more pricey than we were looking for, but still glad we made the choice to stay here.

We stayed in the one room with a sauna and cold tub, and it was excellent. It just added to the overall wonderful stay in Kyoto.
Great location and nice staff
The shower area had a strange window, but otherwise the room was nice!
Every thing is beautiful, clean, well kept, accommodating. The location is also good. close to the main shopping area, to Gion, and the temples in the city.
