The room was fairly large, clean, and had a washer/dryer combo. The shower was amazing! It was very close to the Kyoto Station.

Everything! The rooms are clean and spacious. Staff members are the best there is in Kyoto. The location is great, near stations and shopping areas. Absolutely loved everything about this hotel.

The rooms were pretty, shower and bath great, super close to the station but far enough to not hear any cars of city chaos when in your room. Also having a washer/dryer in your room was perfect

Too expensive as I want to stay longer. But hidden place. Hard to find it. But once found it’s ok.

Excellent stay. The room was huge and had great amenities, including a kitchen and washer/dryer. Very convenient location, only 5 minutes walking from the station. Highly recommended!

We loved the convenience of having a kitchen and washer/dryer in our room. Staff were all very warm & welcoming. Very good location just a few blocks to Kyoto Station. Avanti with Donki & Matsu Kiyo are a block away. Family Mart is across the street & Daily Yamazaki on the same block. Lots of shopping, conbini & restaurants nearby.

Next time we’ll pay closer attention to the room layout. We didn’t care for the Hollywood twin as it didn’t have a proper closet, and the shelves were too narrow. We were there for 5 nights, so more storage would have made our stay more comfortable. We would still recommend this property, though.

Beautiful, modern, clean hotel! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Super quiet at night, very comfortable beds, and the best rain shower. The washer and dryer were great, but it did take a while to fully dry the clothes. We loved the complimentary tea, lattes, and hot chocolate. As others mentioned, there is a gap between the blackout drapes which lets in light even after we shut off the lights for the stone wall window, but we still slept well. Location is absolutely perfect for navigating Kyoto as it's only a few minutes walk to Kyoto station, which has tons of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Large room, gorgeous bathroom, excellent shower power. Washer/dryer in the room. Lovely breakfast. Good location.

Staff was extremely friendly, let us check-in early, and after checkout they let us leave our luggage while we waited for our shinkansen to arrive. The room was very clean and spacious while the location was perfect. I will 100% come back here next time I'm in kyoto.

Loved Eph Kyoto! Our room accommodation matched exactly what we saw on pictures, and the location is absolutely fantastic, as it was within a 4 - 5 minute walking distance of Kyoto Station. The location is also nearby several malls, shopping, and restaurants within walking distance. Staff was absolutely fantastic, friendly, and welcoming!

I loved everthing about my stay at Eph KYOTO. The staff was so warm welcoming & accommodating. The hotel is beautiful it feels very upscale as do the rooms. The bed was very comfortable & I even had a kitchen & W/D in my roo!. The best stay in my trip in Japan. Thank you & highly recommend!

Everthing was great!

All the staff at the hotel were very friendly, accommodating and helpful during our stay. The hotel is also a few minutes walk from the Kyoto station. Very helpful you plan on frequently using the train during your stay. The hotel having a washer/dryer and microwave within the room was also great.

The bathroom area was very small. I am not a tall person and the bathroom felt smaller than a closet. Also the bathroom/shower area had a bit of an odor, I believe from a lack of ventilation from all the water being built up in the shower.

The rooms are modern, comfortable and clean. Very good value for money. Very close to central station.However, a big drawback ia the lack of any daylight or view from the rooms. You face a concrete wall , pressed against the room’s window. Light can barely trickle in. So if you plan to spend time in your room, this is not a good choice. If it is just to sleep and use as a dispatch that’s centrally located, it is a good choice.

Wonderful hotel. Easy walk from the train station. It was clean and comfortable and surrounded by restaurants, etc.

My ONLY complaint was that you could not completely turn off the lights in the hallway to the bathroom. With two people, if one gets up in the middle of the night, the light will always come on.

Excellent location near Kyoto Station and Aeon Mall. Down a quiet, small street so very quiet. Rooms were really well decorated and fairly spacious. Fantastic to have a kitchenette and washing machine in room. Breakfast was more like lunch (soup, sandwich), but was absolutely delicious - the smoothies/juice of the day were incredible!

No windows to the outside but large glass window to an interior wall which was decorated. Room doors open to the outside, which was fine, I just wasn’t aware of this when booking.
