Very close to Kyoto Station but also tucked away, little bars and restaurants nearby and an onsen across the road. Beautiful rooms.

It was very good overall. Maybe there could be storage space to unpack your clothes a bit more.

Great location as it is walking distance from Kyoto station. The room was clean and well-furnished. There is a manned reception during the day time and the team is very helpful.

There is no washing machine in the room or in the property. There is a laundromat right behind the hotel but it is very popular with tourists, so you can end waiting a fair bit for a machine to become available.

Cleaniless of the place, distance from train station, great utilization of space-- sliding doors, handrails on the balcony and bathroom to hang towels, great living room with comfy furnitures, various lighting- makes the room fun, gadgets, etc. beautiful and multi-functional shower.

It was a very spacious room, the hotel is super easy find, the room looks exactly like it’s pictured, located a couple minute walk from Kyoto Station, and the staff was super nice! We had to wait a couple minutes when we were checking in because the group before us had a small issue and the front desk staff was so kind and apologetic about it. He was very easy to talk to and let us check-in early! Thankful for the great staff!

Location was great! Close to Kyoto station and the bus station. Walking distance to shopping malls. There's a laundry facility just around the corner.

Room was a little smaller than expected, and would be better if toilet and shower were in seperate rooms.

Great location, near the quiet part of the station (south part). Boutique hotel, very well designed, with large rooms and bathroom, very modern and comfy. Reception had plenty of items to borrow if needed (from wireless speakers to photo printer and projector).

There were some stains on the sofa and the curtains that need to be cleaned.

Room was exactly as pictured. Staff was so friendly and accommodating- they held 7 of our bags after checkout for a few hours! Also, the property was a short walk from Kyoto Station

Really nice and welcoming staff. The hotel is clean and very cleanly decorated. Very close to Kyoto station, two shopping centers and full of restaurants around. Excellent excellent excellent.

5mins from main station and 5mins from 711. Lots of restaurants within 5mins.Super clean great staff.!

Beds were alittle hard.

It’s very spacious compared to others Hotels rooms, also I like that it had a stove,a larger fridge,a larger shower.

The mattress was kind of dirty/stains

22 Pieces Kyoto completely exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally spacious for a Japanese hotel, especially considering the price is similar to much smaller places. We also loved that the lobby had a cabinet where guests could freely borrow useful items, from speakers to cooking pots and many more. It felt very thoughtful.The location was perfect for us. It’s in a quiet but still lively area, surrounded by a few other hotels, with a convenience store right on the way to the station which made it very convenient to grab breakfast before catching a train. Both the train station and the bus stop were very close, making it incredibly easy to get around Kyoto.The only downside is that they don’t have laundry facilities, which would have been very helpful for travelers staying a week or longer.The best part? The receptionist’s name was also Shakira. We were so excited when we realized it, and it instantly made our check-in feel warm and memorable. She was genuinely helpful and made our stay even more special.Overall, it was an amazing stay and great value for Kyoto!

There honestly wasn’t much to dislike. The only small downsides were that the hotel doesn’t have laundry facilities, which would have been helpful for longer stays, and we did notice a little leftover grape under the sofa. It was a minor detail, but worth mentioning. Other than that, everything else was wonderful.

I loved the atrium, the spaciousness and cleanliness. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient, close to the train station.

There should be more places to hang bath towels.

Location was great. Close to the station, supermarket, 7 eleven, sauna, laundromat etc.Vibe was calming.

Beds were made with sheets that came off the mattress halfway through the night, noisy air conditioning, got woken by the people staying above us when they had a shower, could hear every noise from the hallway, confusing messages about fresh towels and emptying of bins, disinterested staff, only single beds available in our room… Overpriced for a 3 star room

It was clean and modern and close to Kyoto station . Walking distance like five minutes.

It was a little scary walking to property at night since the street is not well lit on the dark side . For small appliances you have to rent but we didn’t need them.

We loved everything about this place. It was easy to find, quiet, and comfortable.

All the staff were amazing..Helped so much what we needed.Location is near the station and there is a big shopping mall near walking 2 minutes..The room is so big and kitchen and dining table option were excellent..if you are in a long travel this room with kitchen helps so much

Very nice set up. Useful things to borrow at the front. Lovely sleeping arrangement, balcony in quiet neighbourhood but close to everything Kyoto has to offer.

EXTREMELY CLOSE TO KYOTO STATION. Was amazing when we got back late at night. Our room for three people was huge. We booked three twin beds, with a table & kitchenette. Yummy Korean BBQ restraunt one block away.

No breakfast or 24 hour concierge service. But we made our own breakfast and the Kitchen was perfect for it. Great sized room.
