Staff were amazing and so friendly speaking good English.So clean and plenty of clean towels in room.

Bed was a little hard.Not any room for suitcases for family of five to open

I can’t say enough how much I love this place! The front desk staff are incredibly helpful. The location is fantastic—just five minutes from the train station, with a supermarket right across the street. The space is roomy and comfortable. I was also lucky to snag a great last-minute deal!

Excellent location that was central to many shopping, restaurant and train station. All within walking distance. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Clean accommodations. The staff gave us spices, oils, a toaster and anything we needed. We were able to wash and dry our clothes in the room. Overall, we would choose this location the next time we travel to Kyoto.

It is just beside a mall but short walk to Kyoto station. The staff was great and no communication barriers.

Great location to Kyoto station. There's AEON mall which has grocery, pharmacy and many other stores just 2 mins walk. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Area is quiet.

If I have to be picky - There was a smell at the first floor lobby while entering. No big deal. Staying south side of Kyoto station was not as convenient for us and the walk was probably in fact 15 mins from getting off the train.

Very polite and effective personel with good or sometimes fluent English, ideal location (near Kyoto station, big supermarket 200m from the hotel, quiet street).

Very modern , clean and big rooms .Hotel lobby and reception area may be misleading but overall experience was really fantastic. Its location is great with easy access to Kyoto station and Aeon mall and avanti mall. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful . There are lots of extra items that can be loaned free of charge from salt to baby’s shampoo , from board games to toys.

Extremely clean with enough kitchen amenities. You can also get toaster etc and toiletries from the front desk free of charge. Luggage transfer was swift (using Yamato). Very good location (close to Kyoto Station, very close to Aeon Mall) buy also very quiet neighborhood. Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was homelike with a small tatemi corner.

Dishwasher in room would be nice but it is not specific to this property (it is very uncommon in Japan)

Amazing location and friendly staff. The apartment itself is very clean and comfy. If you need anything that might be missing at the apartment just go downstairs and talk to the staff. There are many condiments, personal hygiene items, sandwich maker, etc that you can get for free.

First and foremost - the staff were among the most friendly and helpful people we met in Japan. From the restaurant recommendations, to the assistance with Kuro Neko, to just general conversation - fantastic service.The room itself was comfortable with plenty of space for our family of 5, which includes 3 preteen/teens.The location was also great - just far away enough from Kyoto Station to feel like you escaped the tourist bubble, but still very close for when you need to/want to return there.Will absolutely recommend this to anyone planning to visit Kyoto.

Just wish our itinerary would have allowed us to stay longer!

The hotel is conveniently located just an 8-minute walk from Kyoto Station. The room was much more spacious than those in other hotels I've stayed at in Japan. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and available 24 hours a day. Additionally, Aeon Mall Kyoto is directly across the street, which my family and kids greatly enjoyed.

There is one elevator that may cause delays during check-out, as you may need to wait for others.

The location is excellent, right next to aeon mall and a 10min walk to Kyoto station. It’s also very clean and spacious for a group of 5.

Great location and super staff. So close to the station that we didn’t need a bus/taxi/subway after arrival to Kyoto Station. They held our luggage for free and we were able to have an amazing first day with no worries. The staff spoke native English and really helped us feel comfortable, almost like talking with some good friends.

Bathroom was a little short for a 6’3” adult, but it was fine bending over a little. And I was worried a family of 6 would be a tight fit, but it actually worked perfectly and all the kids slept in the bedroom with what they called the “super king bed” that fit 2 teenagers and 2 older kids.

Great location, Very family friendly hotel, spacious room and the staff there are really amazing and showing great care of every aspect.
