Pros +

Authentic Japanese experience. We thought it's was upscale in many ways and appreciated the attention to details.A very lovely place. Perfect for my wife and two adault children.

Cons -

There could have been a bit more English instructions with regards to some of the of the house functions such air conditioners and water heater for the shower and onsense/hotub. We were able to figure it out but it took some time.
