The location is absolutely perfect—being so close to Kyoto Station made it incredibly easy to get around, not just within Kyoto but for day trips as well. We were also thrilled to find a 7-Eleven right on the ground floor, which was so convenient for late-night snacks and quick essentials.The accommodations were wonderful, and a special highlight was getting to use the lovely kimono pajamas. They were so comfortable, we even tried to find a pair to take home! Beyond that, the staff was fantastic from start to finish. They were so accommodating during check-in and were very helpful with storing our luggage on our departure day. Our friends, who were staying elsewhere, always wanted to meet up at our hotel because of how convenient the location was.We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Kyoto and encourage all travelers to book here. Solid hotel right next to Ginza and the Shimbashi station. Good spot to base especially for easy access to Ginza. Nice breakfast buffet if you want to fuel up before heading out and pleasant courteous staff across the board. Lots of great food around but if you are missing something Western try Eataly in Ginza 6. For a great view at night a cocktail at the Majestic Bar or the hotel lobby bar.
Right opposite the bus station where you can catch a bus to KIX. Kyoto station is short walk away.
Great location, particularly for accessing the bullet train for taking day trips to Nara, Osaka…etc. Great breakfast, tidy, efficient, well appointed.

Very convenient hotel due to its proximity to Kyoto Station. You can travel to and from the central station by local buses, taxis, Densha trains, subway lines, and Shinkansen.
The bathroom was very nice. Great amenities available. Great location, so close to Kyoto Station. It was nice having a 7 11 on the ground floor too. The rooms were small but was surprisingly easy to maneuver around.
The beds were on the firmer side and I prefer softer ones.

The late night motorcycle noise, because our room was facing the Main Street by 10pm many of the motorists would intentionally run their engines
I love the room's size, bathroom with dry and wet area, there are shower and bath tub. Location is perfect. If you travel from KIX to Kyoto, I suggest you choose limousine bus because the bus stop located in front of the hotel. Staff so nice.

Great location, next to the train station, my room was actually level with the tracks and i could see the trains but completely quiet - a great respite from the rooms and bustle and hustle of Tokyo
