Great location, very convenient. Offers breakfast, afternoon tea, and wine tastings. More than expected options in breakfast.

Free snacks, drinks and good quality and selection of amenities

There are many special features like the Amenity Bar, the afternoon and evening social hour with food and drink options and the very nice breakfast.

The downside like many Japanese hotels is the very hard mattress which was very painful to my injured back and hip, especially since I am a side sleeper. They did try to help with an extra duvet. The hotel is not quite walking distance to Kyoto Station

Beautiful rooms and the most amazing breakfast I?ve had at any hotel ever. Such a great set of amenities, and additional offerings such as afternoon tea and sake tasting in the evening. Just a few minutes walk away from Kyoto station. Highly recommend!

Location near Kyoto Station. Good beds and the free food/drinks during afternoon.

Clean service room was the worst. No bed sheeting, only put towels on the bed and that's it.

Great room for the price. Loved the location and convenience from the Kyoko station. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again next time I come to Kyoto.

Excellent location and facility. Friendly,helpful, english speaking staff. Checking out is amazingly simple, just return all room keys by inserting them into the slot at the kiosk, and that’s it!

This hotel is conveniently located near Kyoto station. It is a pretty straight-forward Japanese hotel and a good place to stay for proximity to the station. The room was quiet and the hotel offers self-service laundry (a nice touch for travelers).

The hotel was fine, but we found the staff hard to communicate with in English. We had hoped to speak with them about restaurants/recommendations, but the language barrier made that hard. The breakfast was also quite expensive, so we chose to pass on it.

Proximity to Kyoto station and close to 711 and Lawson. Amazing coffee machine and it was so convenient

Room was a bit duty and triggered allergic sneezing .They had complimentary hour everyday and had very minimal options for vegetarians . We wanted to try their breakfast buffet but even that has very minimal vegetarian options for the price so we skipped. They should consider offering continental spread .

The hotel looks new and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was not very good, not much western food choices and to e dining room filled up very quickly.Also there are no comfortable places to hang towels and clothes, they should put some hanger hooks near the door and the bathroom.

Staff went out of their way and graciously took our laundry which came out still damp from washer/dryer (which was likely our fault for misunderstanding how to use the machine) and dried it for us. Enjoyed the complimentary afternoon ice cream and snacks. Good location close to Kyoto station.

The staff and hotel amenities were superb! We reserved a corner twin room which was very spacious. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, about a 5 minute walk. Lots of restaurants and groceries nearby. Good variety of food for breakfast. Complimentary tea time and happy hour snacks and drinks was welcoming after a long day out.. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel.
